Walked in at 730 pm for my favorite sandwich only to greeted with horrendous customer service. The employees acted as if I inconvenienced them by being a customer. I ignored the terrible customer service because i really wanted the sandwich. However the sandwich was just as horrendous as the customer service. Shame on me for spending my hard earned money to be disrespected and served B.S. I will never be back.

We got delivery. We're at a local hotel, very tired and hungry. Got probably the best tuna sandwich I've ever had, and my husband loved his veggie sandwich too. Would go there again in a NY minute. Thanks!

They messed my order up and when I called to get help there was no answer. I had to go back to this location and Julian (who claims to be a manager) had the nastiest attitude and was talking crazy to me. I’ll be contacting corporate or a general manager regarding the lack of customer service.
Visiting St. Louis and got ice cream before it was good and service was good. Ordered a Ruben sandwich and it tasted good but it was not a Ruben it was NOT grilled it’s not a Ruben but it was tasty

So slow to make a sandwich. You can go to a Subway with two people working and have your sandwich in no time at all. Yet, this place has at least 6 people working and you wait at least 20 mins for a turkey sandwich.
It's a bad sign when you walk in and everyone who is sitting down doesn't have food in front of them. That's because they're all waiting for their sandwich.
Slow line at the register and long wait times for your sandwich.
