Came in for dinner with my wife and spent a grand total of $42 for two sandwiches, two milkshakes, chips, and a drink. When I got my sandwich I took one bite out of it and didn't like the taste of the meat. I didn't realize their NY steak has a sweet taste to it. So I asked the only employee working (who also happened to make my order) and asked politely if I could get a different sandwich after explaining I didn't like the taste. To which they responded "No. I can't do that. But if you want to BUY ANOTHER ONE, THAT'S OKAY" super glad I spent my money on food I can't even eat to pretty much be told "Sucks to be you, spend more money cause we don't care about our customers that spend almost FIFTY DOLLARS on a TWO PERSON MEAL"
Left immediately. Will not come back. I've been coming to this location for almost three years and never once have I had such a negative experience. Thanks for wasting my money and not caring about the satisfaction of your (ex)loyal customers.

The sandwhichs are good. That is a given. However, the cookies are insane. I say this from somebody who likes sweets. Sometimes I will just stop and get some cookies.

Ordered takeout online and while they did leave the cheese on when I specifically said No Cheese, everything else was great. The Cubano, once I took the cheese off, tasted great, I always love Zappos Voodoo Chips, and my sister enjoyed her brisket. Parking was easy and my food was waiting for me when I arrived. Prices are fine. Would go again.

I usually get the breakfast sandwich and their soups and cookies. Great taste and portion sizes for the price compared to any other sandwich place.
Parking: Parking is hard because it’s on a busy road and you have to parallel park. Other option is a side street that’s a one way in a residential neighborhood. :/

Great place for a quick bite. I highly recommend getting a large sandwich: they’re just so good. Even when there’s a bit of a line to order, I’ve never had to wait long. Indoor and outdoor seating kept clean and staff is friendly. I keep coming back
Vegetarian options: 6 vegetarian sandwiches, one of which is vegan. Cobb salad. Several vegan sides and desserts. Sandwiches are customizable to preference

Sandwiches were OK. The wheat bread was mediocre. It was a busy day and the wait was not too long. Sandwich size was good.

My "7" Rotisserie Chicken & Swiss, the bread was over toasted & breaking off. The sandwich was missing condiments I requested. The 7" Turkey & Swiss was drenched in oil which made the bread soggy. Terrible experience ,
