Went in today on 1/7/25 around 12:30pm for the first time because my coworkers suggested this place. Ordered online twice and different employees paid for their own food as well to get there own. explained that to the white lady that had the rude attitude trying to explain to me that my coworker used grub hub. He also put a note on his ordered saying Kelli is also picking up his order. This lady snatched the bag back from me and said this bag says Eric! The bag also said Kelly !!!!! I’m on my break and this lady trying be rude and not figure what’s going on to see if he made a mistake . First and last time I go there . Too rude and bad attitude that you can’t take a step back to find out the small issue !cost of living too high including gas prices, for restaurant employees to be rude and not understand a consumer issue when they come as polite as can be spending money to help you get a paycheck. This drives customers away ! Hate that for the owner. You people in saint Louis have the worse attitudes like someone owe you something and they don’t ! If you unhappy with your job quit!!!
Great sandwiches in a bright atmosphere. Very relaxed, as expected for a sandwich joint. They had a good selection of sandwiches, including several varied options for kids. There are vegetation and meat heavy options. The bread is crispy and heats beautifully. The staff was very accommodating. They were gracious and kind.
Kid-friendliness: We brought our six kids and found solid options for each of them. There was no balking about us moving tables together and the staff expressed thanks when we put them back.

I was really surprised by the pastrami the first time I door dashed it, the very next day I went inside and it wasn't the same. Sadly about that.

I've only Door Dash Snarfs. I'm from Peoria IL and I'm in Barnes Jewish Hospital. My nurse told me about Snarfs so I ordered a sandwich best sandwich I've ever had. I've been here for 2 weeks and a half. I've been ordering the same sandwich every day

You people need to do something about your hard ass bread. Eating your bread conjures memories of eating captain crunch dry x4 boxes and the roof of my mouth was jacked all the way up.
Fantastic sandwiches and a fair price. Bread is outstanding!
cancelled our order for no reason.

Refused an order made 3 hours in advance with shaky at best excuses, and a manager unwilling to speak with us directly about it.

I can't even leave 1 star for service, because this Snarfs location literally refused to accept my order (which was a hefty order costing hundreds of dollars). Working at the arena tonight with a touring artist, we placed the order over 3 hours in advance, and even sent someone in person to confirm the order and provide a sheet of how to organize it. They straight up said they wouldn't do that, and all the reasons they gave were "you need to call in advance" or "our team needs to verify this by having it called in hours early" all of which we did. They cancelled the order and now our stage talent won't have the meal they chose. Sorry Snarfs, maybe your food is good but I wouldn't know since you wouldn't let me place my order. Good luck in the future.

Tried to make an online order and called in advance as requested by a few hours. Employees still refused to make.

My my my
I gotta tell you
Monica was a complete gem
Just outstanding customer service all around
I didn’t get the names of the other two working the front line that day
But lemme tell you
Not a beat was missed upon my entering this store that I had never been to before
Smiles where everywhere
To the gentleman working the register, helping my dad with his choices
And even a quick little hiho from the manager working that day
To me is what exception served ce is all about
And wait
The sandwhiches were the star of the show!!!
Def will be coming back
Signing off

Great food, pricy! But great!
We stumbled across this restaurant late on Monday night. We had struck out at a previous restaurant because they closed early. When we entered snarfs (for the first time), I asked if they would be closing soon, and we were told we had 10 minutes to order. Then I told them our story that it was my birthday and we were starving! I said that we could take our food to go if necessary. Everyone working was very nice and they told us we were fine to stay but the doors would be locked as they would be closing down the place. So we all looked at the menu and ordered our food quickly. We had a party of 5, and it was just nice to be able to sit down. When our sandwiches were ready, we all snarfed them up! ? Talk about YUM! Then they brought us a couple of cookies to share for my birthday ? I thought that was so nice! We had a great experience, and we will definitely come back to this place!
