Soda Fountain Express

I went to soda fountain in Westport, was served by AARON and his crew gave great service, he was professional,polite and knew the food and dessert menu very well making it easy for us to make our selections...kudos to Aaron and his crew that day.

We had a great experience here. The cheeseburgers and hot dog were very good. The dining area was clean. The soda area was clean as well. No stickiness or trash. Aaron and his crew delivered great customer service, answering all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I went for dinner because we really enjoyed the Soda Fountain at Union Station. We ordered the chicken strips, chicken sandwich, and their all American Sundae. The chicken strips were more breading than meat, the chicken sandwich was somewhat rubbery, and the ice cream tasted grainy and almost freezer burned. We had high hopes but probably won't be back.

I expected a place called Soda Fountain Express to have ice cream
Sodas on the menu!!! What’s up with that? So disappointing! I left without making a purchase as I felt very misled!

Should it take 35 minutes to get a single shake when the restaurant is hardly full at 2 pm? Great looking place, but counter employee showed no urgency in customer service. Will probably never go again.

We came in close to closing time (unbeknownst to us) and asked if they were still open. We were told yes, so we decided to order. We had an unfriendly reception from the cashier as she took our order. As the food came out, it was cold bc they were rushing it out so they could close. They should have told us they closed at 8 when we asked at 7:50 if they were still open. Half our fault, half their fault. Food was lack laster and cold. We threw it away without eating.

Always really, really really good experience and food. It takes a little longer than you would think for a burger and a hotdog but generally speaking it’s an awesome place to be.
