No disrespect but this was my first time coming to this restaurant and it was horrible the customer service was horrible had me waiting for almost an hour and the prices was to high ...the macaroni was salty the sweet potato was barely sweet the greens taste like they was out the can the fried chicken was to big what else ... whoever is the cook this would be one house I wouldn't visit to get a good thanksgiving meal I'll pass on this restaurant thanks for the try of your cooking ?

I got to the restaurant a little bit before closing. There wasn’t much on the steam tables, but the person ahead of me ordered meatloaf that wasn’t on the steam table so when she was finished, I asked for meatloaf as well. It was the worst meatloaf I have ever tasted it taste worse than golden corral. I have pictures of the plate. I tried to eat some of it because I paid $18 for that food, but it was actually terrible. I will never go back to that restaurant again.

I ordered delivery via DD Sunday. The roast, dressing, Mac and cheese, Carmel cake and candied yams was very tasty. I’m glad my experience wasn’t like the others. I would def order again. I also like how they secure and package the food.

The food simply didn’t taste good. Chicken wings looked good but lack flavor, mac & cheese was too mushy and sweet potatoes were over come by cinnamon, and this is my first time eating here, I am disappointed and the food cost a lot, I bought two dinners, one for me and one for my Mom. I tried editing to add a photo, wasn’t able to add.

The food is delicious and hot when it's delivered. They do a great job of wrapping your food to keep it safe from delivery.

Saw a post on FB about this place and hopes were high since I was pregnant and craving greens. Went about a month ago and forgot to post a review. The service was poor. My first time in and there was no welcome after I entered and the guy behind the counter just stared at me while I looked over the offerings and tried to figure out what came with the meal.
Personally felt food was overpriced for the serving size as I spent $20 and feel the server was skimpy with the portion.
I got the baked chicken, greens and sweet potatoes with a roll. The best thing was the baked chicken while the greens weren’t for me and the sweet potatoes were tooo sweet.

Food was good , I really enjoyed the melt in your mouth yams. Baked chicken was falling off the bone good and seasoned. Greens was decent cornbread muffin was ok.

Got off work. I was truly famished. Wanted some good soul food. This place was otw to my destination,so I decided to stop. Stood in line for 20 30 minutes? ordered my meat. No dressing which is on the menu to receive with the order. I also wanted some spaghetti,wasn't any. So I decided on the mac n chz. And when she put that lil scoop in that plate. I asked is that all? Is the plate gonna be 18.50. After all I'm picking sides I really don't want. And she stated 25 dollars. Baby I left so fast. Probably will never go back again.

I think they have changed cooks, because I was with a group of friends about a year ago the food was delicious, the service was great, but today 08-16-2024 the food was terrible and salty the service was very slow, only one person working. I hope you guys improve, better employees.
