This restaurant had a DJ, and was playing far too loud. Couldn't even talk to my table. Service was stretched, and our waitress could barely make it around to us. I won't go back.

Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. I also don’t know how you screw up a burger and fries. Fries were soggy and room temp. Burger was borderline raw with barely melted cheese. The atmosphere was cool and I’m sure the bar is great. But dining, no shot. Took the waitress 10 minutes to even come to the table initially. Not happy

My family and I attended the Ecuador vs. Mexico game here. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the bartenders did an excellent job. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor service and how we were treated.
It took approximately 30–40 minutes before our server approached our table. We were ready to order both food and drinks from the moment we sat down.
I’ve visited this establishment several times before and have always enjoyed my experience and felt welcomed. This visit, however, was very different. My party and I left feeling disrespected and, unfortunately, discriminated against.
The male manager who stepped in to help resolve the situation was professional, kind, and handled the issue exactly as a manager should. However, a woman who identified herself as a manager—whose name I unfortunately didn’t get—handled the situation very differently. On two separate occasions, she told both me and another customer that if we weren’t happy, we were free to leave. That response was disappointing and unprofessional.
In any customer service business, respectful, paying customers deserve to be heard—not dismissed. Comments like those can make guests feel unwelcome, and in our case, several members of our group felt singled out and disrespected. Words matter, especially from someone in a leadership position.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously by improving its reservation and seating process and ensuring that every customer is treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. We came to enjoy a great soccer match and support our teams, but unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed by the way we were treated.

Poor experience all around. It's a sports bar, but instead of hearing the sports games on the TVs, all of them were muted and techno pop music was blaring so loud you couldn't have a conversation. It was like a club. My friend ordered a Jim Beam & Coke and they brought a cup of Jim Beam. My other friend ordered two separate drinks off their menu, and they were out of them both. They also had no seasonal beers left. After getting our food, I asked the server for a cup of ranch dressing. He acknowledged me, but never brought it. We never got any napkins or utensils on the table at all. 3 minutes after my friend finished his wings, they brought him another tray of wings. He said that he had already finished his wings and that his tray was already taken away. They were so confused and each blamed each other in front of us. Everything about the atmosphere, the food quality, the service was very sub-par. I won't be dining there again.
