***Updated Review…Is this criminal activity? And how frequently does this happen? Attaching photo of this fraudulent activity…otherwise I would have missed this. My server added $10 to my tip and changed my $54 bill to a $64 bill!!!! I will be calling to dispute this charge…first with the restaurant then with Visa. Patrons beware*** Detailed account below: My family had chicken nachos (~20), 3 kids soft drinks ($4), and two Bud Light bottles ($8). Kay, our server…a pleasant woman with braces, offered a free round of drinks in exchange for a positive review mentioning her name and a hug. Seemed like a great deal, given a round to us is one drink per person. When the bill arrived, she removed one Bud Light not al drinksl, but my wife and I chose not to dispute and move along in favor of seeing the first pitch of Tuesday nights game against the Tigers. Our bill total was $46.35 after tax. I tipped $7.65 to round the bill up to $54 and left. Depending how you factor it, I tipped 18-20%…fair imo given we were seated less than 45 minutes before heading out. ***Original Google Review Below*** Came for a lil pre Cards game fun with the family! @Kay was quick to take our order and kept the drinks full!
Tons of excuses for very poor service. We sat at our table for 10-15 minutes before the waiter (who had seen us sitting there) stopped. It didn't get any better after that. Being understaffed is understandable, but avoiding your customers is not. Worse yet, the entire time we were there the Manager on duty spent most of her time sitting at the bar talking with a friend. Never once tried to help her overwhelmed staff.
I paid for two people reservations for their Cardinal Opening Day brunch. The promotion was $30 per person and the prepayment would go towards our bill. I received our bill and they only credited us $30 (one person) despite two of us showing our bracelets. I paid out the tab and left the tip. I now have a second charge posted to my Amex that I did not authorize. I have tried multiple times to contact this establishment to identify the charge on my Amex. Their phone line always goes straight to a voicemail greeting saying “we're busy right now. Leave a message and we'll call you back.” I've left four voicemails over several days and no one has called me back. TLDR; I prepaid $60 ; did not get the full $60 credit towards my bill; then they still made another charge unauthorized on my credit card; 4 voicemails to question it and no one has called me back.
They call themselves a sports bar in St Louis? Couldn't get a hockey game on screen. Menus were filthy and sticky. Tuna Bowl used canned Tuna!!!! Music was so loud you thought you were in a dance club.
In town for volleyball tourney. At 3:00pm on 3/14/25, I tried to go into the nearly empty restaurant other than the bar. I asked for a table. The smug disrespectful greeter (who was sitting behind the host stand chatting it up with a female host) said “Your best bet is going to be the bar.” I informed him that I choose not to sit at the bar for several reasons. Without standing up he just said “We don’t sit single seat parties at tables.” I walked out and began researching who the managers were (regional and corporate). When I couldn’t find any helpful information on who that might be, I went back in to speak with the manager. The manager on duty, Brittney (might be spelled differently), apologized and said the employee was just confused and that they usually just have big groups come in for reservations. When I replied that in fact, no, that was not what the rude unwelcoming person at the door said, she made another excuse as to why the employee might have been mistaken. When I said she wasn’t listening, she then proceeded to say “well I promise you I’m not going to argue with you.” That’s exactly what she was doing. This was a private conversation and no voices were raised mine or hers. I informed her at that point again that hearing excuses is not what I’m interested in. It was completely unnecessary for her to provide excuses for her employee. To Brittney the manager, this is a textbook example of how not to de-escalate. Making excuses for an employee who was in the wrong when you could have handled it differently (and privately with the employee later for that matter.) Next time, apologize and don’t make excuses. Period. I eventually had to repeat this question. Is this the stance of Sports and Social to not sit someone alone at a table when they ask? She finally replied “no,” and offered to seat me elsewhere. No thanks. Not after she defended her employee and treated it all as a misunderstanding. A couple of key points: 1. There was no wait for tables. It was 3:15 pm. I’m sure there are cameras to show my private conversation. 2. The bar was packed and I had to read some emails and talk on my phone in a private area. It was not too much to ask to have a table. My club (I’m a director at A5) brings 16 plus teams for MEQ each year. That’s well over 200 people who stay in the nearby hotels. We will send a club wide email and ask our parents to skip S&S from now on. Disgusting example of customer service. I will continue repeating this review on as many platforms as needed until I get someone on the phone.
Loved the atmosphere here! They played some really good music too. Our drinks and food were delicious. It did take awhile to get serviced & to pay but they were pretty packed from it being Mardi Gras weekend. Staff were really nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Place is a hot mess. Had trouble seating our party of 2 so we were asked to go to the bar to help them out. Watched multiple bar tenders tend to everybody, including folks that sat after us. Even walking past us, didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge our presence. After some time, we gave up and left.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never got served or given a chance to try them out. Not worth it - too many other good places around.

Came in to an event that was over with. There was another event going on of course there wasn't many people whom look like me. I ordered 2 drinks. Eache drink was over charged. The second drink I asked what was put in my drink and the bartender describes the recipe to how the drink is made, yet I watched her put barely anything in it, yet charged $43 for 3 drinks. Smh Tuesday nights are more considerable.
A friend and I went to have Old Fashioned at this club, they were awful, a, I make them and could tell that the served the premix that you buy at the grocery store for about $10 a bottle, and they only gave a half cup🤨

Decent food. I went to watch the Blues game, but there appears to be a hard push towards the club scene, more than "Sports bar".

I went to this place last night with my friends for a Latin party, and I had my phone stolen. I talked to the security people (they have at least 4) but clearly they were not watching what was going on there. I’ve talked to all the staff and nobody, besides one lady, seemed worried and helpful. They were more worried on hanging around than making the place safer. So frustrated. I do no recommend going there!!!!!

This place charged my debit card over $135 for TWO BEERS!!! They never answer their phone either. I've called multiple times. I disputed it with my bank and they denied my claim because I didn't have the receipt. I'm beyond furious. Be VERY aware!!

Death Do Us Party Halloween pop up bar was not as advertised. NOT much decorated, no spooky food options, and it was not crowded at all but took awhile for service. Even had to run around trying to find our own silverware after we received our food. Drinks were strong though so worth the higher prices they charge just for this. Shouldn't have to pay a cover to get into this. It's nothing special.
Ambiance was great, was quiet. Food was fantastic. Drink prices for the pop up were way over prices. A single glass of mimosa was $16 and a rocks glass drink was also $16. If the prices were a bit more moderate we would have stayed longer and a higher review.
Great place to visit with family
