After a terrible experience at one of the hipster places near Cherokee I was shocked at the juxtaposition of the staff at St Louis Bread Co. Jazz took our order and was so cool, just really pleasant and funny. The cheese Danish was killer!

The food is tasty and gets made in an expected time, but every time I order they forget something I ordered or mess up the order entirely. They need some better QA/QC during lunch time/rush hours.

Probably one of the worst Panera's I've been to. We were there early, probably only 4 or 5 other people there. My bagel took forever (over 15 min) to come out. I finished my bagel and my mocha still hadn't shown up. I went to ask and waiting 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and asked if they could help. They told me they delivered it to the wrong table and couldn't figure out where it went, even though the receipt said "order to table" with the table number on it. They did remake me a new one.

I was so disappointed in this last visit. I love Panera so much I keep a loaded gift card my account. I dine in, get delivery and rapid pickup! I love it breakfast, lunch or dinner! But I was so saddened by my last visit and their response to my complaint that I didn't even order my breakfast there yesterday, even though I really wanted it. I was so afraid they would mess it up and if they did there'd be no appropriate recompense. Those thoughts took away my desire for it. It was unreal. I hate this because I love the food but I'm so busy I don't really have time to stop and check every little thing against the ingredient list etc. I wanna be able to trust the time range given, with reasonable exceptions, and trust them to make it properly. If this doesn't happen, I should be able to expect that appropriate recompense will b made. It's that simple. If any part of that changes it damages our relationship.

Tried the new Warm Baja Grain bowl and it was served cold. The menu says warm, but mine was cold. Zapped in in the microwave and all was good!

It took 20 minutes for them to get me one wrap, and there was no explanation or apology. Just a tip for a better rating. Food was excellent.

Arrived at 8:30 a.m. No bagels, and service was horrible. Food prep slow and unmotivated, mgr in way over his head. Only 5-8 customers, yet food took 15 minutes, and only after I complained that order had disappeared.

Can't go wrong with this place. Easy going and cool people. Will be back again

This is the worst bread company in the entire state. Do not come here if you come here your mortar will be messed up not correct and also the receipt not exist and will not have correct a prices on it. I would go anywhere but here

Stopped for dinner while driving through to Lake of the Ozarks this past July 4th vacation. Ordered on the kiosk and sat down in the far left corner booth. It was busy but no line to order and several open seats, unlike our Panera Bread in VA. The young guy who delivered our food was definitely in a Rush! He showed up out of nowhere and abruptly dropped and slid the plates down on our table and disappeared as quickly as he showed up. He didn't make any eye contact or say anything to us. Rude! Not the greatest experience. Even though our Panera is always busy (always have to wait in line to order and sometimes have to wait for seating to open up), we always get friendly service and our plates never get dropped abruptly on our table. Spare me the mess-hall eating experience, I'd rather get a beeper and have to go pick up my food from the counter.

I would really like to give them 5 stars; however, the cooks and the manager behind the counter did not have on hair nets while preparing the food. Unless that is a Saint Louis Bread Co. rule were they do not have to wear hair nets, I feel like that should be reviewed. Also, there was a miscommunication with my order and it was placed in the rapid to go. And we were standing right there.
