My favorite sandwich was the Bacon Turkey Bravo. What I got today was 1 slice of turkey, 1 small strip of bacon, no cheese, and not enough sauce to even taste it. The bread slices are small and thinner than they used to be. The French onion soup in my pick 2 is now served in a smaller bowl with fewer croutons, and the melted cheese is maybe a fourth of what used to be on it. I've eaten here since they opened, but no more.
Really wished that a 1/2 Frontega chicken had more chicken for $9.58. The left side has a sliver of chicken on the glob of cheese. I'm still hungry...... This was one of my favorite sandwiches. Think I should start making my own sandwiches.
This location is popular during dinner. The sandwiches were served at the exact time posted in the app. The sauces on the sandwiches were a bit sloppy. The food was of excellent quality.
Love the people there. They're all friendly and go out of your way to help you with whatever you need. Food is good.

Courtney had great customer service with everyone.
The customer service is horrible I asked for them to heat up my croissant, this older lady snatched the bag aggressive she was mad she had to heat it up and said that it was a health code violation to make my croissant warm. I have my servsafe I know what good safety is I’m a manager myself and if anyone asked me to warm up something for them I’d simply wear gloves and meet there needs its only a minute out of her day the store was empty and nothing was going on and she wanted to argue with me about making something warm. So she goes to warm it up and instead or warming it up for like 10-15 seconds she had to of had it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes so the croissant was rubbery burning hot and unappetizing. It’s didn’t need to be in there that long she did it because she was mad that I told her to heat it up one item. Is it that much of an inconvenience. If she is a manager she knows nothing about food safety and needs to be retrained because when I go to work every single day I meet my customers needs and that’s why we are profitable. I am glad to help my customers whether it’s a refund to heating something up on the grill she should think the same way or give someone else that shirt.

Always good.
I walked in this morning at Panera and stopped to look at the menu display to see what I was going to order. Kendall- Manager yelled at me by saying do not stay there we do not serve there, you have to order here! Very angry. I looked at her and I said why are you angry at me. Very unprofessional. If anyone has a bad day try not to take it on your customers! Or go home.

Today, I decided to treat myself to a half cheesesteak sandwich from Bread Co. while working remotely. I had back-to-back calls lined up and wanted something quick and satisfying. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but satisfying.
First off, the sandwich itself was a major letdown. For $8, I expected a decent portion of meat, but what I received was more bread than anything else. The meat was sparse, to say the least, and I found myself searching through the sandwich just to find a few small pieces. The cheese and other toppings did little to make up for the lack of meat, leaving the overall taste bland and unfulfilling.
Given that I was in between important calls, I didn't have the time or energy to address the issue immediately, which added to my frustration. I was counting on Bread Co. for a quick and hearty meal, but instead, I was left hungry and disappointed.
In conclusion, Bread Co. really dropped the ball today. For $8, I expected much more than what I received. This substantial loss has certainly made me reconsider ordering from them in the future. Thanks, Bread Co., for the disappointment.
