This is fictional. It's literally a Panera location which some advertising executive tried to be clever with. If you're visiting the St. Louis area and want to find a local coffee/ bakery, it's not this. Panera, a lie is a lie.
Doordash orders are usually ready when I arrive to pick up and deliver.
My husband and I went to the Kennerly location for lunch today. Had a hard time finding a clean booth or table. No one cleaned any the entire time we were there. There were 7 dirty tables when we left and the floors were not clean either. They were not busy! When we left I told a lady at the counter that there were 7 dirty tables. She said she would clean them.
Why should you have to tell a restaurant to clean clean their tables and floors?!! It was disgusting.
Said to say we ordered 3 sandwiches they all had about 1 to 2 slices of meat. That will be last time we order!
The salad was very small considering it cost almost $15. I am done with Bread Co.
Thank you Marcos for saving my day. I made a mistake and he went above and beyond to help me
Sad, sold out of potato soup

Order a cinnamon sandwich. They ran out so they put it on a bagel. Then they only put an egg on it. It was for delivery.

I've gone there for years, and usually good. I think it's even improved in the recent past
Problem is the back/side door in cold weather. It lets in so much cold air when I'm sitting on that side. Very uncomfortable.
Really should lock it during colder weather!

I was short cash, as I thought I had my credit card, forgetting that it was recently compromised and in process of being replaced. Manager didn’t think twice and made up the difference. What a helpful attitude and made my morning, as he didn’t know I just left the hospital where my spouse is being treated. Thank you for your kindness!

What a sad place this is becoming. Their menu has changed to the point where it is no longer the Panera we knew. Grain bowls - no longer; now leaf salads with only a few of the original ingredients. Sandwiches- revamped with fewer items on them. Bakery - a joke compared to the original; it started out as St. Louis Bread Co., with an amazing selection.
A few staple items remain - some soups, a couple bagels, etc.
Our family tried ordering from the Kennerly location for dinner one afternoon. At 4:00 pm they were out of many items on their menu. What!! We did place an order at the So. Lindbergh location which had everything we decided to order. But then concluded that we were now done with Panera as many of our friends are also.
It’s sad when a restaurant doesn’t realize that it’s main competition is its former self.
