Order a cinnamon sandwich. They ran out so they put it on a bagel. Then they only put an egg on it. It was for delivery.

I've gone there for years, and usually good. I think it's even improved in the recent past

Problem is the back/side door in cold weather. It lets in so much cold air when I'm sitting on that side. Very uncomfortable.

Really should lock it during colder weather!

I was short cash, as I thought I had my credit card, forgetting that it was recently compromised and in process of being replaced. Manager didn’t think twice and made up the difference. What a helpful attitude and made my morning, as he didn’t know I just left the hospital where my spouse is being treated. Thank you for your kindness!

What a sad place this is becoming. Their menu has changed to the point where it is no longer the Panera we knew. Grain bowls - no longer; now leaf salads with only a few of the original ingredients. Sandwiches- revamped with fewer items on them. Bakery - a joke compared to the original; it started out as St. Louis Bread Co., with an amazing selection.
A few staple items remain - some soups, a couple bagels, etc.

Our family tried ordering from the Kennerly location for dinner one afternoon. At 4:00 pm they were out of many items on their menu. What!! We did place an order at the So. Lindbergh location which had everything we decided to order. But then concluded that we were now done with Panera as many of our friends are also.

It’s sad when a restaurant doesn’t realize that it’s main competition is its former self.

If you are in St louis and you are not aware of panera bread , then I don't know what to say.
If you are the kind of person who likes to write, read, and study along with some coffee and ? - this place is just perfect.

No variety of eagles breakfast sandwich was lacking avacodos when that was part of the sandwich. I was not impressed with the new Bread Co.

The lost start was for not paying attention to my order, which asked for my bagel to be sliced in half.
