A meet up place for friends and relatives. Friendly staff. Charlie behind the prep wall was helpful and courteous. Many others as well. New large ordering kiosks

Every time we go to the Dr. we stop for bagels, last month was normal and good. Today I went in and noticed immediately the cinnamon crunch bagels looked very different. I placed my order and went home. It was shocking to see them up close. They are 1/4-1/3 smaller, no hole, and the crunch topping was a lite dusting of cinnamon. Very disappointing. They even tasted different. I really didn’t mind when the price went up, we were getting a treat we loved and have been doing for years. I can’t believe they would change the most popular product to save $$. We are done with Panera’s.

This is fictional. It's literally a Panera location which some advertising executive tried to be clever with. If you're visiting the St. Louis area and want to find a local coffee/ bakery, it's not this. Panera, a lie is a lie.

My husband and I went to the Kennerly location for lunch today. Had a hard time finding a clean booth or table. No one cleaned any the entire time we were there. There were 7 dirty tables when we left and the floors were not clean either. They were not busy! When we left I told a lady at the counter that there were 7 dirty tables. She said she would clean them. Why should you have to tell a restaurant to clean clean their tables and floors?!! It was disgusting.

Said to say we ordered 3 sandwiches they all had about 1 to 2 slices of meat. That will be last time we order!

I've gone there for years, and usually good. I think it's even improved in the recent past
Problem is the back/side door in cold weather. It lets in so much cold air when I'm sitting on that side. Very uncomfortable.
Really should lock it during colder weather!
