Horrible service, rude waitress - left based on her rude behavior alone 10-18-24. Manager needs to check his hires - saw a couple other people leave too rather than pay money to be treated like that.
During a layover in st Louis my husband and I decided to order a beer and food. Due to the QR ordering process we placed a double order and let the servers know instantly. The servers seemed overly inconvenienced seller her eyes and made an audible sigh. This was our only communication with her. Then she took an order of a white man and she was smiles and her tone was gregarious, this was literally within minutes. Seemed extremely disrespectful and even racist if I'm being honest. Would never go again.

The waitress was great to start. We loved that we could order from our phones. Toasted Ravs were mediocre at best. Placed and order for chicken tenders 25m before our flight, to go, and we had to leave without them. Even waited an extra 5m to board to see if the waitress would ask about the status and was told "the thing is I can't ask him (meaning the cook)". Ridiculous. Paid her a tip and paid for the food I never got.
