Had the 6 piece with fries, fries were amazing, the chicken was really good too, just wish the honey hot was hotter

Just tried then for the first time. The lady that took my order was very nice. I get home and open the container to find the fries are hard as a rock. Like they were fake. I call to tell them and she didnt offer a new order. I could have driveN all the way back and showed her but that would have ruined my meal further. The fish was good but the customer service was bad. I wont be back.

I don't know what I expected, but I should have read the reviews first. Honestly the food was ok, not great but not bad at all. Now the service...that was quite a let down, from placing the phone order to being charged incorrectly and then the nonchalant demeanor when we went to pick our order up.

Waited just to get all old food the fries were hard and had no potato in them,, chicken wasn't fresh, very soggy ... confused cuz I heard a microwave in the back when making my food and I ordered fish fillets, chicken and fries... very disappointed won't be back had to throw my food away and fix something else for dinner

Ehh I called in to place an order and I'm told it'll be ready in about 15 minutes. Ok great, thank you I say. I'm 22 minutes away, so that's means my food will have sat there for seven(7) minutes. I can walk in, pay, say my thanks, and bounce. I get there, I say what my order is and the kid goes in the back. 3 minutes later, he comes back and says 10 minutes..? ok cool, no problem. I check the time, it's 18:55. There was a gentleman standing waiting for his order. He didn't get his order until 19:05 so I'm thinking mines should be following up right? You would think so, I check the time again, it's now 19:15. I'm like sheesh what's the hold up?? I just walked out, told em I'm good. Never should have taken that long.

The service and pricing was nice but the food was not. The breading is blend and the sprinkle everything with plain garlic salt.My kids made themselves peanut butter sandwiches in lieu of chicken nuggets or wings plus fries they ordered.The shrimp weren't terrible but the mozzarella sticks weren't cooked through and the mushrooms appear to be canned.

I ordered through door dash. Didn’t even get what I paid for. I was under the impression they was black owned but Nooo these are incompetent aliens who has food on the menu but don’t send what you order. If you don’t have it why is it on the menu. However I’ll never order again I will tell everyone else I know. Rude service. Nasty old fries, sent me a chicken sandwich instead of a a cheese steak then charge the same price.

Food wise this place is a 5! My boyfriend and I went to the K mart next to it. And we were curious if they have good fish and chips. And they totally rocked it!!! It’s so good. The fish is tender yet nicely crispy. Definitely coming back!
