They had 5 stars from me 3 years ago but today...erm....no. So 2 gyros combos (fries + drink) & 2 tiny samosas $45...ok that's fine but the tast has to justify the price, which it definitely did not. 1st off the girl wrapped the gyro up in the foil like a Burrito so majority of the contents fell out. 2nd the taste...my gawd the taste...where is the taste????!!! + the fries like...change the oil much? 3rd and last was we grabbed Ketchup to go and the packets were stuck together by a honey like substance...I don't think they even have honey packets to begin with soooo what was that???? Only thing decent was my Soda. So sad😔

Did not receive good service when I came into the restaurant for my first visit. I am unsure about returning to at least try the food after speaking to the Owner Sami he said he will address their customer service to prevent this from happening again.
Regardless of the systems error and glitch with the ordering process we both agree that I should not have had to walk away annoyed, frustrated and especially hungry .
I do not recommend that anyone use the google online ordering because they do not have any access to see anything they only get a printout if successfully transferred to their point of sale in their restaurant.
toast is seamless on their website and they can verify all orders that way and over the phone sales. In person is the best way to get to enjoy their food and make a successful purchase. Buyer be aware they are working on the customer service aspect even though they have been in business 11 years it's because of their food not anything else from my understanding. I may one day place a cash order to experience the broasted chicken and a lamb gyro 2 of my favorite foods.

Had the chicken and beef gyros both are good. Chicken can be kinda salty sometimes.

We usually shop here but this last time had an awkward experience on the take out order. Upon opening the 2 boxes of french fries, found them all semi burnt brown colored not tasty at all. Obviously someone didn’t remove the fries out of hot oil on time and since it was an online order they just didn’t bother replacing with the good one. Too late to get back to store to return, just threw them all out!!
Also the lamb burger was not a real burger patty, it was pieces of ground lamb that kept falling out of the burger bun although it was tasty.

I went to St. Louis Gyros, on September 7, waited outside til they open at 11am, I was the first customer, flies was everywhere all over the food, very disgusting. My 9 year old son even didn't want eat there. One fly ok, but over ten Flies no thank you, so we just left. I felt like I was in a 3rd world street market.

You know whats the best recipe for disaster ? Worse attitude and customer service.

I was in the store for a pickup and 2 Indian guys were managing the store (I don't want to sound offensive, I am Asian original so its fine). They have the worse attitude and pathetic customer service ever.

They were literally cold attitude & smirks in taking instructions, payment or giving the food. Usually you get a friendly vibe/greetings when you visit a place which make you go again but this place NEVER again because of those 2. Finally the guy rang me at the register and even after me tipping he kind of smirked it. Worse part they even forget to include cutlery in my bag which is a basic customer service when I spend 18$ for the food..

Unless you fire them both (Especially the shorter one, this place is literally going to downhill). Horrible experience from them and they need to go and learn what good customer service and positive attitude before they work ever again

We walked in for lunch on a Monday around 1 or so and it was not only completely empty not even an employee but it was very dirty. There was food on the floor and on the tables and the bottom of the wall by the soda fountain that leads to the kitchen area is black and disgusting looking. Also the meat on the spit looked less than appealing today. We turned around and decided to leave. As we were leaving someone came out of the back and called hello, we said hello but left and went elsewhere.

Stl Gyros is top of the line. Their food is great (gyros especially), service quick and considerate, they’re always generous and happy to serve us the best gyros in Saint Louis. It’s not a five star establishment but their gyros are always a five star offering. Staff and restaurant is always clean and presentable. Go throw some money at them and try them out. They’ll also reward you with a free gyro reward card.

Ordered their food for delivery via Grubhub. Enjoyed a gyro out on a picnic table at my work. The gyro was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended.

I use to love it here but they have gotten beyond pricey now. One gyro and 3 chicken samosas 21 dollars with no drink.
