My card wasn't working properly and the jerk cashier kept telling me how to use my card. The machine didn't accept my card as a tap payment and I had to use the chip reader....the thing is he talked to me like I didn't know how to use my own debit card. He was a patronizing jerk. Then when I asked for my receipt he walked away....I asked twice if I can have a copy of my receipt and was completely ignored.. I had to holler hey before another employee acknowledged me and gave me my receipt copy. Poor customer service. Will NEVER go this location again because of him.

I placed a order on door dash Friday at 9, after a hour and 10 minutes I had to reach out and cancel my order and place another one and wait again. Almost 2 hours later I finally got food. I have ordered from this place so many times and will never order from them again and will tell everyone else to not order from this place anymore too. You lost a customer

The food is great. Better than Imo's, in my Tennesseean opinion. They get the pizza ready quickly, are extremely generous with the toppings, and whether they're extremely busy or slow, they act professionally. Be it the food or the staff, everything is consistent. I'm not ashamed to say I'm now a regular.

Went there. Ordered my usual early week special. Trip sausage dbl cheese. It was a reg sausage pizza at best. Nothing close to usual. 18 dollars Gave the guy 20 bucks he gave me change in nickels and pennies and expected me to throw in his tip jar. I didn't I have worked in restaurant business for years. I know that trick very well. When I didn't he threw my receipt in the tip jar to be,sure I was on his shit list. Not going back to this location any time soon til he is gone. Pizza was not trip sausage dbl cheese. Again just a regsausage pizza. HELLO MONTE BELLO'S.

Took my order.. waited 20 minutes to be told my order wasn't put in the system.. waited another 20 min. Paid full price. Not cool. Large 2 topping pizza Edit: ordered at 12:07. Actually tried charge me $22. But luckily i knew it was wild wednesday. When i arrived he could not find the order.. don't expect a free pizza it was not my fault they didn't put the order in. Thanks

This was one of the best St. Louis style pizzas we've had in a long time. We ordered sausage and onion. Every ingredient was delicious. From the sausage to the onion along with the sweet pizza sauce. And their hot wings were fantastic. Really meaty with the perfect hot sauce flavor. We will definitely be back.

Crazy experience with this place. Terrible. Delivery driver delivered pizza to my house, my kid and kids grandma opened the door, and he gave her the pizza, she told him âI donât think I ordered any pizzaâ but then he had not had her sign any credit card slip, after he said âthey tipped goodâ she takes the pizza, and I call when I got home, because I was not home at the time and in my shop. I stated I didnât order pizza, they told me they would call me back, well of course any kid is not gonna eat a piece. So she did. Delivery driver came back and demanded the pizzas back, and wouldnât leave until she did give them back. Then once they remake and deliver it to house next to me, I heard him talking so much trash on me.

Pizza arrived late, and when it did finally arrive, 2 men pulled up, smoking a cigarette all while digging through boxes to find our order. The restaurant had issued a refund, but we wonât be back based off of this experience.
