I was in this Starbucks today. First tried to order the pistachio latte and was told they were out so I switched to the caramel macchiato. Also ordered a plain black coffee which the attendant got right away. We were in town for an event and just wanted coffee for the road. 45 minutes later, still no latte. At that time there were still 2 people that ordered in front of me that still had not gotten their coffee. I left without my latte or even asking about it. Ridiculous. I do not frequent Starbucks nor will I ever go to one again..

It’s the worst Starbucks i have ever visited. Unbelievable it takes more than 40min even its empty! I was there 2 times but each time they give me wrong drink after 40-60min! I hope some managers show this comment. Because there is a big problem here…

I didn’t know it was possible to run a Starbucks so poorly. This store sets the record for the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever seen. I ordered an iced coffee, which is literally just putting ice in a cup and pouring the coffee, and it has been 30 minutes and I still don’t have my coffee. Everyone in the lobby is angry, both patrons and staff. I’m leaving this review while I still wait for my coffee. I asked for a refund and they said no.

Only had 1 option for coffee. Staff was not very personable. Nothing like my home Starbucks.
Bad service, no cash accepted.

Staying at the hotel & went in for breakfast today. A+ service from everyone involved. The place was packed with race fans, but the lady who took my order was extremely polite & did her best to make sure I didn't see the stress on her face. She went above & beyond, as did the baristas/cooks. My order was fast, hot and delicious. This team is understaffed and still delivering an A+ experience. Will definitely be back tomorrow morning with a big tip for them!

Running out of oatmilk at 8am is kind of crazy
I ordered a Grande Americana with extra cream and 4 raw sugars stirred - which is what I order three times a week when I’m home (I’m currently traveling). The cashier said “you want US to put in your sugar and cream??” When I said sure (only b/c my local Starbucks has always done so - thought it was customary) - I was told that I could add my own sugar and cream and she rolled her eyes. Then was asked for a tip….. When I received the coffee - I was told they added the sugar - but to “handle my own cream.” I said thank you, added the cream and left. Got home and there was no sugar.
To say the staff was rude is an understatement. Sure thankful for the two Starbucks in my neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas. Unfortunately they have me accustomed to outstanding customer service. Will not return to the St Louis Marriott Downtown location.

OMG thank you so much Tymia my drink is so good! I literally came in with a few minutes to spare they got me in and out, which I love and they recommended me the best drinks. Tymia made me a white mocha frappe it’s so bomb I’m trying to slow down from drinking it. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place and most importantly I love the baristas.

Staff was an hour behind preparing orders. As a customer, when I inquired about waiting 45 minutes I was met with a sharp response from the barista. When I asked if I should expect “15 more minutes” she said, “hopefully.” When I asked if I can cancel the order, “she responded ‘I don’t know’.”
Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

Being inside a hotel presents a few challenges. If you choose to be there and are short staffed, you’re going to have a few angry customers. My review is not about being short staffed, it’s about walking in twice after the rush and hearing employees yelling about the customers in front of the manager. I have certainly never experienced this at any other of the hundreds of Starbucks I have visited in the past. I’d start with a clean slate in this one.
