Staying at the hotel & went in for breakfast today. A+ service from everyone involved. The place was packed with race fans, but the lady who took my order was extremely polite & did her best to make sure I didn't see the stress on her face. She went above & beyond, as did the baristas/cooks. My order was fast, hot and delicious. This team is understaffed and still delivering an A+ experience. Will definitely be back tomorrow morning with a big tip for them!
OMG thank you so much Tymia my drink is so good! I literally came in with a few minutes to spare they got me in and out, which I love and they recommended me the best drinks. Tymia made me a white mocha frappe it’s so bomb I’m trying to slow down from drinking it. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this place and most importantly I love the baristas.
Convienient location to where we we staying downtown. The coffee was good as you would expect from Starbucks.The Barrista was amazing. I ordered one of the specialty coffees, but I had it made with oat milk for my wife. Normally, this coffee would have whipped cream added to the top. The Barrista made sure if I wanted the whipped cream or not. I was very thankful. She said she always checks when someone uses oat milk. Amazing service.
