If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I pulled into the drive-thru, the drive-thru had a note on it saying drive-thru down so I went inside. I was then told I had to place an order online because their system was down COUNTRY, I REAPEAT COUNTRY, WIDE, with an attitude at that. Went to Starbucks down the street and placed an order in their drive-thru and asked them about the system being down, they had no clue what I was talking about

Alright i get having to buy something in order to use the bathroom. Okay sure but dont turn your back on a patron as soon as they walk in the door. Drive through person was just messing around with paper products, no interaction beyond hey and they ignore. Wonder why people do not go to starbucks anymore? When they treat the walk ins like a human and its a social interaction i might darken their door steps again, but ill go get my simple mocha to the courner place or just make it at home for cheaper then starbucks will ever be
