Terrible experience, drinks take too long, there was a women out of uniform aggressively changing the trash and just mad at the world while doing it. The women who took order was pleasant.

Expensive, especially when a regular cup of McDonald's coffee tastes better! I like some of their pastries, sandwiches, and the lunch boxes with crackers, cheese, grapes, maybe a cookie, or whatever else they seem fit to fill the plastic slot. Soon as y'all have some better deals on caramel macchiatos, coffee, and maybe a small meal to share you'll get more stars. If I could give you a zero I would. I will probably sell my gift card because I don't want to have anything else to do with you. I knew it was a reason I didn't go to this location. And I heard about your lawsuit. I can truly understand.It was like I was invisible after the lady in front of me got waited on. I might just throw the card away. I don't want my friends or anyone I know to give you a dime. Not one red cent. Now mix that in your blender.

They had plenty of staff but the drinks came out slow. The restroom is on a key pad and they don't give out the code. 2 homeless were camped out inside. The drive thru was packed.

Some of the nicest, best Starbucks baristas in town—I visit this Starbucks every day, even if it’s a little further out of my way because they make my drink correctly 100% of the time. Every member of staff is so nice, but Charlotte and Wyatt deserve major kudos for their excellent customer service. A big thank you to this staff for making my daily starbies run so enjoyable.

I went through the drive through during a Sunday lunch rush, and Isaiah was super friendly and kind. I know it's not easy to work customer service during those times, so I wanted to specifically recognize Isaiah's ability to do so with a smile. My order was correct and fresh, and I appreciated everyone's hard work to get the line moving as fast as possible.

Do not order your holiday drink here because it tastes horrible! I was so excited to order the Caramel Brûlée Frappuchino with an extra shot of espresso. This is my first holiday drink of the season and oh my, such a disappointment. By the look of the color of the drink of how light it look, I can tell they probably handled me the wrong drink or something cause it tasted nothing like the Caramel Brulee. It taste just like plain milk and mix ice and a bit of caramel. I have been drinking this drink for over 10 years and I'm pretty sure this isnt it. It wasnt even that busy. I will avoid this Starbucks from now on. Also a month ago when I ordered ahead and come in to pick up my ordered, it was 2 drinks and only 1 drink was ready. I then waited another 15 mins for the other one. I kept asking them where is the other one and they said it probably being make right now. Then I made them recheck all of the drink orders and they said they thought they did made both of them. Turn out somebody came in and took my other drink that they didnt even order. So they had to make me another one but they made it in a grande not a venti like which I originally ordered. Then they had to remake again. So whats the whole point of order ahead if I will still have to spend 30 mins being in the store?

The baristas are always very nice and get my order right which I love! They keep the location very clean and organized. The ham and swiss croissant is my favorite that I get every visit. Absolutely delicious! They have pumpkin spice lattes in store right now and I'm obsessed. I was not a huge fan of the bacon Gouda sandwich because it was chewy and dry. Either than that it's a wonderful establishment!

Store is waaaay to small for the amount of trafficand is frequently understaffed1/2 hr for a simple iced coffee???Avoid this one go to another one Good luck in this area Starbucks are few and far between
