I’ve been to this Starbucks several times and the service is consistently terrible. The staff are not friendly when taking orders. Yesterday, I arrived before another customer, but the cashier ignored me and tried to serve her friend instead. When the other customer pointed it out, the cashier acted annoyed and reluctantly took my order.
I only asked for a small latte, a muffin, and an iced water. She scolded me for not ordering the water with my drink and gave me attitude the entire time. When my coffee was ready, my muffin still wasn’t. She made me wait while moving extremely slowly, like she didn’t care.
On top of that, the store is always dirty. The bathroom is disgusting every time I visit. Honestly, this location feels unwelcoming and poorly managed. Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

I was told that the person I serve could not use the restroom cause he or I didn't buy anything. That is not a good look for a company to turn away a disabled person because no one is buying something from their business. Sad day in History shame on Starbucks.

Was there getting a drink with another person. Sat in the car for a while then noticed I had to use the restroom. The lady must’ve not seen me around when getting my drink earlier but she told me bathrooms are for paying customers. So I brought the cheapest thing with is a cheese stick so I could use the bathroom because I had no patience to explain that I was literally just there. Bad all round idk if u have a homeless problem but u should tell who is a paying customer or not

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after today’s experience, I feel like this needs to be said.
Jade, who was working the front counter, seriously needs to work on her customer service skills. I walked in with my sister while my mom was still coming in behind us. Jade greeted us, and we greeted her back. Totally normal. We were looking at the menu and once my mom joined us, she was getting her Starbucks app ready to use her stars for our order… literally a matter of 30 seconds. Just as we were about to place the first drink order, Jade very rudely cut off my sister and loudly said, “HELLO?!” with the kind of attitude that made it seem like we were bothering her.
From that moment on, the entire ordering process felt rushed and uncomfortable. After each of us ordered, all we got in return was a “OK, what else?” ….no warmth, no patience. When she was done ringing us up, she handed us the receipt and just said, “Alright, we’ll have it out,” with a sour look on her face. It honestly felt like she was annoyed we even came in.
While we waited, we noticed there was only one girl making drinks, working hard, while Jade and another employee stood off to the side, laughing, on their phones, and talking loudly about random things like “paying child support” completely unprofessional and unnecessary in front of customers.
Another man came in during this time and, shockingly, Jade gave him the same treatment. He was in the middle of ordering, and she again interrupted him with an exasperated “UGH, HELLO?!” and then laughed in his face like it was a joke. It was honestly embarrassing and frustrating to witness.
This whole experience left a really bad impression of this Starbucks location. The vibes were completely off, the customer service was uncomfortable and borderline disrespectful, and it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience to Jade than anything else. I hope someone in management sees this and addresses her behavior because if this is how she treats people regularly, it’s completely unacceptable.

Always slow. Morning or afternoon
Tried to swoop in and order a coffee real quick and the two workers literally acted like I didn't exist for 4 minutes, they didn't even glance in my direction. There was one customer that was already seated and they were just standing around doing busy work. Very disheartening 👍
The baristas here are very nice and work extremely hard <3

in the morning they force you to buy to sit in but not the evening, also the greet and say bye to every white customer and say nothing to black customers. shit is weird per usual lmao

I was at this location this past Saturday and the girl working the register in the evening was EXTREMELY terrible and rude. My mom said “Mocha Latte” instead of just “Mocha” and this lady was beside herself. When I ordered a dairy free vanilla sweet cream cold brew, she just gave me a dirty look and stared at me like she had never heard of that in her life. It took another (very sweet) worker to ring my drink in. Drinks were fine, I just thought that barista deserved a negative review herself. 🤷🏻♀️

Workers were very rude. My children ordered and they didn’t even smile at the kids or greet them. They rushed them while ordering and snatched the money from them. Negative atmosphere, and attitudes. Food and drinks were good, but service was displeasing. I wouldn’t go to this location again.
