The Starbucks on Chippewa is a very friendly place to go. Drive through goes very quickly and your order is always right! The staff is very professional and can continuously get your orders made correctly!

I ordered a couple of drinks. I requested & wanted the drinks to be prepared in the holiday plastic cup. Got to the window, and the drinks were not prepared in the correct cup. The lady that was assisting the young fellow gave him the cups to give to me as to say here now get out the line.

First of all just wanted to say I was appreciative of the customer service line from Starbucks headquarters. They manually helped me obtain a missing birthday reward. Secondly, shoutout to Tiana for good customer service. I got in a car accident last week at no fault of my own and was feeling low on my birthday just days later. Getting this free reward and friendly conversation when I went through the drive thru put a smile on my face! Haven't been here in a long time but makes me want to frequent more often. The staff was loud and made so much noise. The girl with pink hair was making some noises hitting the counter many times. I was there for business but she kept making noises even I was making eye contact with her.

I get it. The baristas don't get paid enough to care about getting the drinks right, but if I am spending $5 on an iced coffee, I need it to be right. The baristas here do not read the drink modifications. If you say NO ICE, you get all the ice. The management is mocking in that when you tell them that you constantly need to have the drink remade simply cause there is ICE in it, they say "Yeah" or "Cool Feedback." My drink is literally, pour ice coffee into cup and put a lid on it. Scooping in ice is extra an additional effort. This location has great seating and they can microwave a mean egg bite, but skip this place for your drinks.
