Christopher was taking orders in the drive thru he was very rude and had bad customer service. He was working the drive thru and seems to be incapable of hearing anything as all three cars ahead of me had problems with him as well. Instead of asking for clarification he just said “I assume this is what you mean.” When I got to the window he was very rude about not hearing me at the drive thru. If you cannot hear you should not be doing a job that requires to be good at listening. I have come to this location at least 3 times a week and I miss the old team as they were much nicer than Christopher. He was also presented as a mess he was unkept and looked like he had not showered in days. Was very concerned about him touching my items with his dirty nails and hands. So disappointed in this Starbucks. I am a manager myself and would never higher someone who is dirty like him and rude. He does not need to be working customer service if he has a problem with giving customer service. He also did not know how the points system works and tried giving out wrong information. He needs to be retrained and not work the window or touch food with his dirty hands. With his skills he should be working clean up crew so he could learn how to keep himself clean and use his basic skills he knows.

The Starbucks on Chippewa is a very friendly place to go. Drive through goes very quickly and your order is always right! The staff is very professional and can continuously get your orders made correctly!
I ordered a couple of drinks. I requested & wanted the drinks to be prepared in the holiday plastic cup. Got to the window, and the drinks were not prepared in the correct cup. The lady that was assisting the young fellow gave him the cups to give to me as to say here now get out the line.

Coffee has gone down hill. Looking forward to the new coffee shop to open up on Chippewa. Hopefully they won’t try to make a statement with gay pride and transgenders. Just there for coffee not liberal views
