The Starbucks at Gate 17 is not somewhere you order if you’re in a hurry. Not only did they delay our order but lied that they put them out and somebody else took it. Pathetic attitude.

Rude, unfriendly staff
Only got one piece of bacon on my sausage bacon egg wrap, the wrap was 1/4 of the way filled, I ate more tortilla with nothing in it than the contents of the actual wrap.

I ordered dragon drink , he was rude in taking the order and my entire cup is ice and no fruit and flavour is not good as the real one , very disappointed, i talked to the manager and she is really rude that she dont want to answer my question , such a disappointment for the feedback

I am currently standing in this line for 20 minutes and the lack of urgency from all the employees is appalling! We only moved 5 feet. This team should be ashamed of the service.

Specifically for the Starbucks at gate E16. Absolutely awful experience. 20+ minutes of waiting for an order while the girl reheating and packaging food moved at a snail's pace. I had a lemon loaf which I finally received a 15 mins because the cashier packaged it for me. The ladies making drinks and the cashier were quick (given complexity of their job). But, the food was a huge bottleneck.

This review is for the Starbucks in the E gates area of the airport. Without a doubt the worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Three people working, none of whom wanted to be there. I was third in line for 15 minutes before I left to find coffee elsewhere. The workers seemed oblivious to the number of people in line and apparently didn’t care.

Atmosphere wasn’t awful for an airport Starbucks. I am amazed thought at the bad customer service. I was crazy out if my way nice and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I wouldn’t be writing this though if it wasn’t for the bacon Gouda sandwhich I ordered. It smells 100% like some lemon scented cleaning solition. I’m not sure why or how, but it has been like sprayed with cleaner. Not eating it.

In Terminal C there are 2 Starbucks's. Both have listed 8pm as their Monday closing time. One Monday, I arrived at one location at 7:15PM and I was told the oven was off. I walked to the other location and was told the same thing. Since the oven is off you can't order any type of food that requires heating. Which means that my options were narrowed down to pastries. Terrible customer experience! 8pm closing I guess means "We kinda close at 8. It depends."
Needless to say me and others did not buy anything and took our business elsewhere.

Cold food was left sitting on a cart at ambient temperature. This is a huge food safety hazard!
Watched as the cashier, who handles money and runs the register, handle my tea bag with her bare hands!!! Not hygienic at all. Threw out my tea.
