It’s Starbucks, the food is always the same consistency and quality. Where the real difference is made is with the staff. I usually leave from gate a, where the vibe of the Starbucks staff is upbeat, vibrant, and focused on customer service. Today I frequented the Starbucks at gate c, where I was met with sullen faces and no greeting, giving angry teenager.

I ordered a small coffee in this place for $4,5 and after checking my bank account 2 days later it was charged $25, i tried to contact by phone number in google and it doesnt not work.

Extremely bad service, the worker did not even look at us, did not listen and did not even call our names when the drinks were done (quite some time after for quite expensive drinks too). My drink was also not the one I ordered. Don't go here for a good coffee.

First, I asked if they had pumpkin drinks, I had to have a stupid conversation about what month it is even though I literally bought a pumpkin drink last month so I think that’s irrelevant but OK You can just say no. Then I got my drink and it was made wrong, I sent it back for it to be corrected and they got the same drink and when I said again it was wrong she said don’t read the tag. The drink is right, but it was definitely not right it was a white mocha and I ordered a regular mocha. Just super annoying especially in a Starbucks when trying to get on a flight.

Even though they were overwhelmed with the number of cranky passengers waiting on their orders, their attitudes were immaculately friendly and upbeat. They pounded out order after order faster than I've ever seen a Starbucks operate. Love this Starbucks and will always stop by here if I have the time!

Worst one I’ve ever been to.I did a mobile order and had the blonde roast. After I pick up my order and get to my gate I realized it wasn’t the blonde roast, so I go back and tell the girl it’s not the blonde roast and she just says “yes it is”.When I tell her it’s not she just says yes it is again and walks away.

5:15 am. and place is a mess. Floor dirty, garbage full, no creamer out. Obviously, they did not clean before closing the prior day.I also never knew that their breakfast sandwiches were not made fresh. Out of plastic bag into the microwave. Disgusting honestly. Never again,

Absolutely wonderful Starbucks in near Gate 5A-6A. Better than most independent Starbucks. The staff were friendly and patient...which I know is extremely hard in an airport setting.
