Poor service, barista scolded me for not telling my order correctly but same barista didn't let me complete my order. Lid wasn't on tight so my coffee spilled everywhere. She also gave me 3 cups and no way to carry them. I can see why St Louis Starbucks has a bad name here.

They need heating lamps on outside waiting area during winter months. There is not a cafehere- you must drive thru or stand (in cold).
This is the busiest Starbucks in town that I've ever been to. The staff works hard. Gotta time your visit just right to avoid the crowd. Some mornings it does take a while to get your drink but just plan some extra time in your morning. Always friendly staff and my order is always right.
