I ordered a cappuccino, they made me a regular coffee. I waited for coffee on Sunday when there was no one for 20 minutes. No service and no understanding with the client.
This is the second best starbucks I have ever been to. First was Seattle. My drink actually tasted like great brewed coffee! Keep it up you guys!
I ordered a grande salted cream cold brew in a venti cup all I wanted was extra ice and the lady who made my drink told me I.coukdnt have extra ice because I ordered a grande ice is free I also paid for my drink so what is the real issue here
Waited 30 minutes for my order which was only 2 coffees and 2 food items. It was not busy either. Will not be going back to this location

Explain how a cashier doesn’t know how to ring out a pumpkin spice latte the day they come out is beyond me. Probably reflects the trainer of this location and above. Besides that waiting 30 minutes for a latte at 11am on a Thursday also seems a bit off. Shoutout to those with 30 minute breaks

Swiped one card they said it didn’t go through
Used another card , when we came back home we realized that they charged each card for the same order so it’s been charged twice
