I usually love this location but the last couple times over the last like month-ish I would say, it’s just been tasting burnt. Idk what’s going on but somebody is burning the shots. Today was a lil better than last time. I’m not the only person in my order that noticed it so I know I’m not crazy.

This location was my go to for years and the staff used to be amazing. Like exceptional really , but now they are consistently rude and short and always mess up the drink order. I have had one bad experience after the next and my coffee never tastes good anymore. I’m surprised this location still has any customers. I won’t be one of them anymore .

Nice place, decently quick. However, they are always out of stuff here. Can never get the same drink twice because one week they will have it, a few days to a week later the app says it's not sold at this location. Very annoying. Otherwise it's a perfectly fine location.

This is the last time I’m coming to this horrible place! Every time I come here these kids are always missing something in the coffee or messing up the coffee I order. This time I did not want to come here but my husband asked to come to this place because it’s “closer”. Once again screwed up drink. I asked for a vente salted caramel and of course the whole thing taste plain and not one salted caramel on the cream or in the brew just taste like plain brew. I will never come to this place again it’s worth a drive to get to a Starbucks where people know and are actually listening to your order.

I just left here for some breakfast before I head to work. I specifically asked for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and a plain bagel with plan cream cheese. The young lady made me a regular caramel Frappuccino, I didn’t realize it until I was already 10mins away. Half my cup was full of whipped cream. You can’t taste no Carmel, no coffee, nothing but whipped cream and my bagel is freezing cold… how?

This Starbucks usually has everything I order in stock and it's fresh.

No matter how busy these guys get they always seem to have a smile on their face. The go-to brew is always a nice treat.

The employees here are really nice and saying that about St Louis people really should mean something because most of the people are awful here

Why is this Starbucks giving out merry Christmas gift cards when ordered, the day before Valentine’s Day? Senseless. When I asked for another gift card, the young lady with vibrant orange and pink hair mentioned Christmas gift cards were the only ones available.

I literally do not understand why this location is always, always, alwaysss out of grilled cheese dude. It’s the closest location with a drive thru and that seems to be the only convenience of them because they don’t move fast at all and they’re always out of sandwiches! Keep up with the demand!
