The worse service ever. Today was the fourth time I've gone in the last three weeks and every time they are closed because of a "walkout". If you want coffee or anything else better find a different Starbucks to go to as this one likely will be closed.

The workers are very slow. My order was rung up wrong but never gave me the receipt. Waited 20 minutes for 1 coffee. The guy set it down and said nothing. I asked if it was mine and he said maybe. The guy who rang up my order couldnt tell me if it was mine or not. When i asked him if the fact that theres no name on it means its mine he got annoyed with me. He finally remakes it but didnt add the extra shot that i paid for. Its very noticable because the macciatos taste like flavored milk if you dont ask for an extra shot. Really bummed out i waited so long and it wasnt even correct.

My order was not made correctly per the customization. Employees were busy with personal chit chat not work related. I had to ask for my mobile order to be made while 2 employees were standing there doing nothing. This location is definitely subpar.
They are extremely slow at this particular location. They do not fill orders based upon receipt in order. They take their dear sweet time to acknowledge you to take your order.I only go there because it close to where I work. However, service at the Olive location is so much better but not close to my job.Parking: Parking sucks, too!

Employees are decent, the shop seems to run out of items a-lot. The parking lot is horrendous and you have to go out of your way to use the drive thru and parking is a nightmare.

This is hands-down my favorite starbucks location in the STL area.They are so consistent with how they make their drinks. They must have training down pat over there.I’ve never had to wait excessive amounts of time, even during rush.Their mobile ordering is always available, and they always seem to be well staffed.I have always had positive interactions with the staff who work there.Lastly the cafe itself is spacious and clean!
