Got my shaken espresso early morning before work. Was early enough I was having trouble even remembering what my order was and I don't visit Starbucks very often. Doug was my cashier and the way he treated me I would think that man could guide anyone through any problem. I'm just standing there trying to order a sweet treat to fight the dead tired feeling inside and Doug leads me through the entire process with the customer service patience of an angel. I don't know the little ladies name, but I got the absolute BEST Brown sugar shaken espresso today! So sweet but strong enough to taste the espresso! She was all by herself making drinks. She needs a raise! Bless her heart! 💕
First time at this location. It is a franchised store so there aren't any discounts for partners. The location is in the bottom of office buildings. The drinks are ok and it's not really anything spectacular. There are other places in the same area that I would visit instead.
