It's AMAZING how inherent discrimination has become during this pandemic. I was just asked to put on a mask in addition to my face shield, but I look over and a Caucasian woman is sitting inside enjoying her entire meal, even though it says the stations are closed for seating or dining inside. I guess rules only apply to certain groups/demographics of people...so disheartening!!! The sad part is I live above this establishment and frequent it often...guess I won't anymore!

This is totally my favorite Starbucks but good customer service is so inconsistent it’s sad that good service depends on what crew is at work. The crew that was working 10-2-2020 at 10:15am are the worst JUST THROW THE WHOLE CREW AWAY. The Short employee with the dreads at the register was so unprofessional that I didn’t even trust buying food anymore and left. Great Starbucks just need to have the right people at work.

Just ordered 4 drinks. The gentleman that took our order was fantastic however My daughter ordered a iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and heavy cream and had to be remade because they put caramel in it as well. The employee that made the drinks response was "WOW" She was very rude. We won't be back to this starbucks.

This Starbucks is convenient to everything downtown and has super friendly staff. I worked here for almost 3 hours and the wifi did not disappoint!
