COMMUNIST STORE. Do not spend money here!!!!
I went there for a long time and today the baristas invited the Communists of America to stand in front and harass people. I asked them to leave me alone and they said the baristas wanted them there and they had every right to yell at me. I asked the employees and they agreed. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Additionally, Starbucks claims they do not support political activity or allow their stores to be used for politics. Starbucks Frontenac is a COMMUNIST store and the employees all participate in COMMUNIST activism AT THE STORE.

Edit: Starbucks answer is evasion, at best. I contacted corporate and the first person literally hung up on me once they knew what I was notifying them of happening. Then the second contact they gave me some typical polite BS and said they would get back to me. They never did. Starbucks fully supports COMMUNISM in the US.

Ivori Moose gave me terrible service and was incredibly rude to other staff as well and should no longer be in charge of this location. Not fit to run an establishment.

I can’t rave enough about the team at this Starbucks.I come in several afternoons during the week and am greeted by name. Everyone’s friendly, gets my order right and my order is presented to me quickly.
Thank you Alex, Matthew, Ben, Eddie, Vixen and Elvis!
You’re make my afternoon brighter.

They need to staff better for the morning rush with a school nearby. I have been here 2 mornings in a row. Visiting from OKC. I work up her regularly and stay at the Hilton across the street. If it wasn't convenient I would be back. Over 30 minutes for 3 drinks and egg bites. One man paid and walk away with nothing.

I’ve been a self-proclaimed Starbucks fiend for nearly a decade and began visiting this location daily 14 months ago, when I started a new job at the library nearby.

This location offers some of the best service I’ve ever received at any Starbucks. My drink is always made correctly (tall brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with four shots), and their breakfast sandwich selection is consistently well-stocked—even at noon.

To top it off, this location has some of the sweetest, funniest, and hardest-working baristas I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting to know. I would be remiss, however, if I didn’t call out one barista in particular who always makes my lunchtime Starbies run a real treat.

Jon is always a delight to encounter, and I’m amazed by his ability to recall details from our conversations—even if it’s been weeks since I last saw him. When I told Jon about an upcoming library event that wasn’t getting much interest, he invited his coworkers, who showed up to support me (and had a great time—hi, Dorissa!). Every time Jon says hello, I feel his genuine warmth and sincerity. His commitment to customer service is so impressive, I’d poach him for my own team if it weren’t clear that he’s a beloved fixture in the Frontenac community. My fellow caffeine-addicted coworkers love Jon too, and I’m sure there are many more fans out there.

All of the baristas at Frontenac Starbucks have been consistently kind and professional, and I truly hope they’re recognized for always making my daily treat such a wonderful experience.

My only complaint is that I am occasionally startled by the very sweet but absolutely colossal Irish Wolfhound that hangs out on the patio from time to time, but that is more of a me problem. Moose is a good boy.

Hands down the slowest Starbucks in STL. All the employees stand and chat rather than hustle out drinks.

Today, about 4pm I had a cup of coffee with my friend.
My coffee was cold and old..
The cup was full and I had no room to pour milk in the cup.
I don't think I will go back to the same store.

Got a cold bacon egg and cheese my first visit to this location, got a hot on the outside, near frozen on the inside one today. Was in between service runs, so I had to just grit my teeth and eat it frozen to stay on schedule. Staff isn't unfriendly, and the inside is fairly standard for Starbucks. Doubt I'll go back to this location, I'm disappointed in consistently cold food...

There have been a number of times when I have gotten items here and it's taken up to another half hour to get my order even when it should have been ready much earlier. They are able to accommodate in store much more quickly it seems so I would advise you to not order remotely at this location if you are able to go into the store.

Nice place but the service a bit rude

After being stopped from getting a stir for my coffee because they were busy, the young lady told me sir please stop we’ll get that for you, which added another 5 minutes of me waiting when my coffee was already done. However an Asian women then a white women reached over and took a stir but was not met with the same consequences. This was definitely racially & homophobic motivated because I am a black queer man. After seeing this customer service today, instead of the workers striking, get better workers or close this location. Also she was talking about the customers right there! Being very disrespect.

Always takes too long and never actually working. Was yelled at by megaphone this morning.
