They should update their hours
I visited the store on 12/29 around 10am and immediately noticed how cold it was inside. I noticed all customers wearing their coats while sitting. I finally asked the staff to turn the heat on in the store. I stayed at the store another hour or so longer and it never got warm. I got fed up with the temperature and left.

Hours are incorrect per Google - only open until 11AM - which is vastly different than what is posted on Google (9PM).
Love the location but the hours of operation are amazingly inconsistent.

I ordered a Venti payed for a venti had a witness tell me they also heard me say venti but they gave me a grande and when i asked for them to fix it NICELY they told me no because it was rung up as a grande very rudely and walked away and told me to leave.
The worst. Do not rely on Google. This coffee shop is literally always closed.

Baristas are so friendly dispite harsh working conditions. Manager ivory is so rude and unapproachable. You can tell her baristas are uncomfortable in her presence and honestly I hate asking her for anything. Never a smile never a response just walks away and maybe does what you ask. She shouldn’t be in management at all

The Starbucks on Clayton consistently falls short due to poor store management. The closing times listed on the door and on Google are rarely accurate — it often feels like the manager decides the hours at random, which creates confusion for customers and frustration for employees.
The store is frequently understaffed, and it’s clear the team is working hard under difficult conditions with very little support. I’ve noticed tension between staff and management, which reflects a lack of leadership and communication.
The manager should recognize that employees are human beings who deserve understanding and a healthy work-life balance. A little respect and better organization could make this store a much better place for both customers and staff alike.
