Worst service ever! Slow, chaotic, messy atmosphere.
Got a cold bacon egg and cheese my first visit to this location, got a hot on the outside, near frozen on the inside one today. Was in between service runs, so I had to just grit my teeth and eat it frozen to stay on schedule. Staff isn't unfriendly, and the inside is fairly standard for Starbucks. Doubt I'll go back to this location, I'm disappointed in consistently cold food...
There have been a number of times when I have gotten items here and it's taken up to another half hour to get my order even when it should have been ready much earlier. They are able to accommodate in store much more quickly it seems so I would advise you to not order remotely at this location if you are able to go into the store.
Nice place but the service a bit rude
After being stopped from getting a stir for my coffee because they were busy, the young lady told me sir please stop we’ll get that for you, which added another 5 minutes of me waiting when my coffee was already done. However an Asian women then a white women reached over and took a stir but was not met with the same consequences. This was definitely racially & homophobic motivated because I am a black queer man. After seeing this customer service today, instead of the workers striking, get better workers or close this location. Also she was talking about the customers right there! Being very disrespect.
Always takes too long and never actually working. Was yelled at by megaphone this morning.

They always get my order wrong. I have to get mine remade every time I come. I asked for a crossaint and they never told me they were out of stock so I payed for something I never got.
Staff is friendly and they make the beverages super fast. When I was there the store wasn’t full which was great.

I ordered my drink through the app at 7:42 am. It is not 8:16 and it's still not ready. This is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn't have to choose between coffee or being on time for work. This place needs to be better staffed.

I really miss their wheat spinach croissants!!!
This Starbucks is the pure definition of “discombobulated”. The place is too loud, the baristas aren’t friendly and never bother listening, and 90% of the time I come over for a drink, they either take way too long to make it or they have to remake it 2+ times because they messed up on the order (I have a dairy allergy). They once had to have five people huddle over at the register because nobody knew how to give me a refund and gave up only to give me a $10 gift card that didn’t even work when I brought it to the better location in Kirkwood.
Please go to the Kaldi’s five minutes away in Ladue for a more relaxing, yet productive experience. The staff is much more kind and professional, plus you’re supporting a local St. Louis business by going there.
Dietary restrictions: I had to remind the baristas more than once about what milk I wanted. When I asked for an oat milk frappe and told them I had a dairy allergy, they made it with plain milk and put whipped cream on top.
