This is Starbucks location I use the most. Went yesterday to grab a coffee and egg bits. There were 4 ladies behind the counter. The young lady making drinks said hi when I came I. But the other 4 never acknowledged me. They I guess were talking inventory. I don’t know or care. I stood there for quite some time and not once did they say a thing one looked at me and said nothing. Finally I left without ordering. I was aggrevated and not happy to be ignored by not one but 4 servers with no help. The date was August 27th at 11:30. To me customer service is the most important thing. I am going to try to use other locations going forward even though this is closest to me and been my go to for years!!

This location is always so slow. Two people ahead of us in the drive through and it took 30 minutes.
Edit: it’s been 8 months and this location is still so very slow. Staff are always very friendly but definitely need to work on drive times.

This Starbucks location is the slowest location in St Louis. I will drive out of my way to avoid. One day they even had a woman standing in the parking lot, taking orders so that “management wouldn’t shut them down for being too slow.”

This location is nice but they prioritize drive through. I always get black coffee or black cold brew, have never waited in line when I go inside, yet on multiple occasions watched 15-20 cars drive up after I’ve ordered and get their orders first. Seems bizarre. This isn’t really a complaint as much as it is an FYI - if there’s a long line at this location, you may as well hop in, because they tend to take their time if you go inside.

Wife suspected this place wasn’t up to par, thought she was crazy until we purchased 3 separate Pumpkin Creme Cold Brews 3 different days and they all were noticeably lacking. Went to a different location and lo and behold, was perfectly delicious. Idk what this place is doing, but I’m a believer with my wife that this location ain’t on par.
