Since when does Starbucks close at Noon?I was really hoping to get a coffee to help get me through the rest of my work day but y’all just closed. No sign on the door or anything, just locked out paying customers. ☹️

This location really should shut down. If you look on the app it says it has a drive-through but every day I see cones in the drive-through after certain period of time. That is very misleading especially if you're coming off the highway to drive a couple of miles to find out there is no drive-through. I have used the mobile app as well in the past and had to leave because it took so long to get my drink. Did not ask for credit on that one. I now see that mobile apps are no longer taken at this location. That's the first good thing they done.knowing the Starbucks brand and their desire for customer satisfaction, this location has got to be the absolute worst customer service offered.

Got a hot caramel frappe. Went through the drive thru. Want in line long. Beverage was hot and ready when I pulled up to the windows. Barista was polite.

Been here numerous times. Service has become terrible within the last year. Today was the worst 30 minutes to fill a mobile order. App said 5 to 8 minutes Food was ready in less than 10. Coffe drinks 30 minutes unacceptable. This is not the first time. Won't be back.

I come here all the time and I'm about to go to one by my work, it's out of the way but I can't take this one anymore. My orders either wrong, takes more that 20 min (not including I order 10 min before arriving so really 30 min), or both. I'm over it! Yesterday I wanted 40 min in the drive through and couldn't get out. My drink still wasn't ready and the staff was laughing and making jokes. Not to mention the drive though guy was standing there watching everyone else work instead of getting his team mates caught up.

Not staffed with the A team today. My "cold brew" was definitely just hot expresso over ice...super bitter and watered down, and there was practically no salted caramel cream. My kiddos strawberry fraps were barely even pink and my son said it just tasted like milk. And even with the mobile order I place when I was 10 minutes away, we waited another 15 mins at the store.
