If you’re in the mood for a reliable grande latte and a few minutes of mobile-app scrolling, this Starbucks on Tesson Ferry is a solid stop. The baristas are friendly, the space is clean enough to pretend you’re checking emails in a fancy lobby. 
A few quirks: • When it gets busy, you might find yourself staring into your iced coffee like it holds the answers to the universe — and wondering why your chai latte is taking so long. Reviewers mention sanitation and prep speed could use a boost.  • It’s dependable for study-sessions or meet-ups, but if you need “blazing fast service while simultaneously conquering life,” you might leave slightly under-conquered. 
All told: I’d go back. Comfortable spot, good coffee, minimal drama. Just maybe don’t expect the coffee gods to deliver your order via lightning bolt.

Was at this Starbucks location this morning. I was put in an embarrassing situation by one of the employees . I was trying to get a cup carrier for my coffee and a stopper and I was told that I just can’t grab things and she repeated it twice for everyone to hear like I’m stupid and can’t understand English. She’s judging me I think for my looks because I’m Asian. I never have a problem before when I get things that I need for my order at this location such as napkins, paper bag, cup carrier and a stopper at the counter. It’s there in front of me and I thought it’s for the customer. If they are worried about sanitation they should put my foods in a bag not on the counter I don’t even know if the counter is being wiped clean and they should put my hot coffee in a cup carrier and the order should be separated by the other orders. I had to look for my orders with all the other orders lying in the counter. PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT EMBARRASS YOUR CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AT THIS LOCATION - STARBUCKS AT TESSON FERRY RD!!!

After having a terrible experience again at another location, it made me realize how much I LOVE this one. Place is always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly, they are very fast, and nobody makes my favorite shaken espresso as good as the baristas here. All other locations should take a lesson from this one.
