After having a terrible experience again at another location, it made me realize how much I LOVE this one. Place is always nice and clean, the staff is always friendly, they are very fast, and nobody makes my favorite shaken espresso as good as the baristas here. All other locations should take a lesson from this one.

One of the few old school Starbucks left, where you can actually sit down, enjoy your coffee, and have a conversation. All the others have been drive-thru'ed.

Order 2 matcha lemonades with light ice (small and venti) and was charged more than what the app shows. Almost 2 dollars. Excuse was the button was missing. I received two custom lemonades that were a grande and venti(both in a venti cup) with the cup mostly consisting of ice. Im not even sure if they put the peach juice in it. Would not recommend.

Daytime shift is not great. Literally watched dozens of in store orders processed with significantly more complicated orders while I waited roughly 25 minutes for a hot green tea. This excludes the online order processes. There are 4 people working in this shift.

Evening shift, 2 people, great service.

I went at a time when they were less busy according to the live feed google claims to have. Placing order was fast and efficient. Getting my order on the other hand was not. When the order says no caramel drizzle at the bottom and on the side of the cup, it's really not that hard to not do it. It also altered the flavor because they just dumped it into a new cup and called it good. My coffee is nasty because yall didn't want to take the time to fix a mistake that yall made. How is it that a target Starbucks can do it right but a corporate store can't? That makes zero sense. Thanks I guess for making it a complete waste of money and time. I will no longer waste my money at Starbucks of any kind. I thought consistency was part of the company goals... good to know I was wrong. So disappointing...
