Asked for a matcha Frappuccino with strawberry purre lined on the side of the cup. Was first given a totally different drink (strawberry matcha stratto) and asked for a remake. The second remake was just the same drink, dumped into a new cup and added strawberry purre. I asked for another remake which finally gave me the right order.
Staff does not seem trained properly on drinks and annoyed when asked to give correct drink.

Let’s get started!
This is a cute coffee shop, and it was my first time visiting. It’s in a friendly and very convenient area, and it has a drive-through, which is a big plus. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t go inside because I used the drive-through, so I can’t describe the interior, but everyone I interacted with was really nice.
I feel like every Starbucks makes the same drinks a little differently; you just have to find the one that fits your comfort best. This location is in a good area near South County Mall and is great for grabbing coffee on the go.
One thing to note: the place can be a bit hard to get to. The entrance is small, and the parking lot is compact, so make sure you slow down when turning in. There are a lot of people walking around, so drive carefully and watch for pedestrians.
Overall, it’s a cute little spot for drive-through coffee in a decent, busy area.

6-11min wait...not bad under the circumstances but then my hot coffee had ZERO creamer despite what i ordered...i left & went to the mall before noticing...couldnt drink it...went back but even adding creamer couldnt save this cup...bummer...ive never given my Starbucks a less than perfect rating...im a bit hurt

Useless! - you tip an advance for bad servi
ce and incorrect orders produced, then when you ask them to fix it they make you wait and wait and wait and throw your sandwich at the back making you wait more- we are DONE tipping anyone at these stores moving forward- attitude from them at every store- sick of it!

Ordered my drinks via the mobile app with a prediction of 4-7 mins. 14 mins later I came in and my drinks still weren't ready. Not a single employee greeted me or even smiled. They seemed completely miserable to be there. There was maybe 4 cars in drive thru and nobody else in the parking lot. The girl was on the phone and seemed annoyed at life. Will not be back. This is be far the worst location in the St Louis Area.

I’ve been going here for a while and the baristas are ignorant. I get a cappuccino with light foam and they usually fill the coffee to the top but I paid $15 for two coffees and both cups where almost completely empty, so I came back through to see if they would be able to remake them and they told me they would not do that, that that’s how they are made and this has happens many times, i tried to explain to them that I still would like a remake and they refused my service. Moral of the story just don’t come here

i ordered 3 drinks from this location and they only gave me 2 of them i ordered extra things like lining the cup with carmel for extra 75 cent and never gave me that or any extras i added. i called them and told them they forgot my drink and didn’t get my order correct she told me she could not refund me and they couldn’t do anything about it. so i wasted $11 on a drink they wouldn’t remake or refund me.
