Unfortunately I need to change this review… the manager Nicole was not helpful or truthful and the next time I went to this store we were once again charged $3.85 for water and .80 cents for strawberries. Our total order was over $31.00 ! When I called her about it, she told me I was welcome to find another Starbucks if I didn’t like the policy.! I contacted the Starbucks corporate office and they refunded the money and said that was not their policy!
This has been my morning stop for months, and yet today the early morning barista (one who i usually don’t see) felt the need to tell me just because their open & the app says my drink is ready, doesn’t mean it’s ready. And that i should give them more time. And let me tell you I was in no rush & was very patient. Very disappointed.
quick , friendly service .
Acoustics are poor, pretty loud for amount of people.
Horrible service every single time I go in I'm never greeted today I walked out because after waiting for 5 minutes my order wasn't even taken won't be back to this location
Best caramel ribbon crunch frappe i have ever had whoever made this deserves a raise
Carmel machiato is my favorite
Just when I deleted every review I ever wrote.
They are tip hungry. How much do you possibly want from a $13 meal? Of MY money
Who's tipping the factory worker. Your process takes far less effort. It's not the brand for me I just wanted a breakfast sandwich and caffeine
Overcooked sandwich? And had me wait with no one other customers
I'll take this moment and make a healthier decision and just stick with my fruit and water in the AM
People looking for others to take care of them , that's not service
Easy
Barista Evan is always upbeat and extremely positive. He makes visiting the store worth the trip every time!
What you'd expect, but in my experience avoid the drive thru which always seems to be BUSY and order ahead with app or order inside.
Pink drink delicious as always

I guess light ice means not filling up the cup. This is the only store that does this.

Been going here for last two years every Thursday. Ordering the same thing. Today we receive our order and all the drinks were barely 3/4 full. This has never happened in the past and when I asked about it stated it has same amount as reg ice does as we always ask for light ice. We all know that when they do reg ice you get hardly any actual product. Disappointed to say the least. Knowing that the margins on these drinks are not worth what they just did to these drinks. At least tell us that in the future or make a public statement, email or signage. I get it Starbucks controlling cost, use your app to communicate your changes and not just disappoint.
Always has the nicest baristas.

Starbucks has always been a community coffee shop. A place to gather and enjoy a beverage with friends and neighbors. The recent remodel of the Crestwood store although beautiful and more coworker friendly falls extremely short as the community coffee house it used to be. The outside seating is great but not year round. Many costumers have commented on the lack of seating. I know that the remodel is done and there is not a lot that can be done now. However you could move the trash can by the other door to accommodate another table instead of people scrambling for a place to sit when it’s cold and rainy out. Creative problem solving is always better than the dismissive “is what it is”.

This is one of 2 Starbucks in the area that almost consistently get my order right.
The parking lot is horrible! There are hardly any spaces during peak hours.
