Today I stopped at the Starbucks in Sunset Hills instead of in Webster Groves big mistake. I order the same thing usually and the location on Old Orchid is such a delight to see. My order was a small cold brew with extra pumpkin cold foam, when I got my order there was like NO foam so I asked for more. The barista making it said well usually people don't order extra so she didn't put it on there. ( I was not rude and my approach was not unkind) Well she said she would just remake the drink I even just asked if you could put the mixed up cold foam in an extra cup that I didn't need a new drink
She insisted well she made the drink and it was completely wrong. So now I'm on here not drinking my $6 drink and complaining to y'all.

My suggestion is avoid this location and go down to the one on Old Orchard they always make great drinks, are FRIENDLY and never make me regret spending my $$

don’t know the girls name since she shut the window since i did not tip at the drive thru.. remember tips are appreciated not mandatory nor should be expected. ridiculous . I am not tipping just for a damn pastry that could be a whole meal elsewhere.

Great Starbucks but PLEEEEEEEEASE TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!!!!!!!!! I love this location but I can’t hear myself think !!! I don’t think the baristas even know because the speakers are around the corner from them but my friends and I had to get up and leave because the music was so loud and it’s like that every time I come in for a mobile order

Love this location , the nicest baristas , they always get it right ! Also one of the best Starbucks in the area for working . Literally the only issue I have with this one is that the music is too loud at times that my noise cancelling headphones won’t block the music. But otherwise awesome

I love the idea of Starbucks being a cooperate member of the AARP. Now this coffee shop is accessible via both Call-a-Ride and MetroBus route 21 Watson Road-Fenton.

Good place and food. However, need to improve their system regarding charging cards because I got double charged. My first payment method didn’t go through and tried a second card, and it showed went through. I didn’t noticed the charge till late night yesterday while checking my emails(I get bank notifications). This morning on my way to work I tried to tell them about it and they said couldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional.

Drinks and food are always great, but the customer service is amazing! The “don’t worry about it” while I’m panicking trying to find the app was a calming touch with the have a great day on my Pink Drink being the kibosh! Thank you!

The parking situation is really bad. Difficult to find a parking spot. I recommend not coming to this location.

Unfortunately I need to change this review… the manager Nicole was not helpful or truthful and the next time I went to this store we were once again charged $3.85 for water and .80 cents for strawberries. Our total order was over $31.00 ! When I called her about it, she told me I was welcome to find another Starbucks if I didn’t like the policy.! I contacted the Starbucks corporate office and they refunded the money and said that was not their policy!

This has been my morning stop for months, and yet today the early morning barista (one who i usually don’t see) felt the need to tell me just because their open & the app says my drink is ready, doesn’t mean it’s ready. And that i should give them more time. And let me tell you I was in no rush & was very patient. Very disappointed.
