I went through the drive through on the way to work for my coffee. It was the fastest I have ever been through any drive through. And my order was correct. The staff was also very polite and kind.

Since they renovated and downsized this Starbucks, the service has really suffered and the wait time has doubled. All I wanted was a bag of coffee and an iced coffee, and I was the only person inside waiting, all other orders were drive through which always get top priority. I stood at the order register for 5 minutes before they even took my order, staff was unfriendly, slow, only one barista for inside (me alone) and drive through, yet there were at least 4 other employees milling around. Wish I’d known how long it would take before I added a tip! Ordered an iced grande coffee at 12:26 pm, walked out with it finally at 12:38, with no thanks, sorry for your wait, have a good day, no response whatsoever from the barista. I’ll just have to go to other less convenient stores out of my way from now on, good service is more important sometimes.

Great service at this Starbucks, but they've renovated (2024) and it is no longer one of the welcoming, cozy Starbucks cafes.....
I think Starbucks is trying to get us to spend more time at our local one-off cafes. :/

Inattentive staff. I was at the counter, several associates were chatting and not doing anything. They made eye contact with me but made no effort to help me. Not even a “we will be with you in a minute.” So I left.

I come here every Saturday when I take my son to music lessons. The people are nice, but really focus on drive thru customers before in store customers.

Pulled into drive thru at 3pm on friday(today). Promptly placed my order. Took until 3:19 fpr me to get the the window. No greeting, no drink ready, nothing even prepped for my dink because I can see inside the (almost empty) store. At 324 still no acknowledgement from any employee- I drove off without my coffee. Having to wait half an hour to get my coffee isnt worth it. By the time i pulled away almost 10 cars were backed up waiting to order. I feel sorry for those people not realizing it'll take an hour+ at their current pace.

I would like to start off by saying I had the worst Starbucks experience at this here location.I came in to buy two drinks during peak.I order a double shot over ice and a iced tea.I forgot to say no water and which was my fault But when I went it to get it correct I got nothing but dirty looks and I apologize serval times .Staff sucks work on making the Starbucks experience better
