Probably one of my favorite locations because of the decor and seating options. Its unique.
Staff is always friendly. Parking can be tricky if its busy but never really ran into this issue when I go.

Just a general FYI - two times in the past month, while in the drive-thru, a $5 tip has been automatically applied to my order ahead of the payment machine being handed to me (normally it gives you the option to add a tip and when handed to me, it was already past the tip screen). I figured it was a simple mistake the first time and ignored it but spoke up the second time.

I stopped going to Starbucks bc of union busting and many other reasons, but I went this past weekend bc I just needed fast caffeine! The drive thru person taking orders was SO uplifting, kind and genuinely made my day better. It’s so rare to have such a positive interaction these days and it was truly special to me. If Starbucks let its workers unionize and I’d visit regularly again.

Slow.

10 minutes for four cars in drive thru and they still didn't even start my drink until I pulled up. The lobby had customers but none were in line or ordering. Three people on staff. It just always seems like they are stocking or doing other things. No rush. No hurry.

Works for me on a Sunday morning but Monday mid-afternoon drive thru should be quick.

Generally fast location, very few mistakes are ever made. Once my breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the center, one other was my regular, non customized drink was made incorrectly.

The drive thru is the absolute worst and I wish the company would fix it. It seems like the county had something against them turning into the drive thru and put up stupid stakes. Which means you have to turn at the light and like do a K turn in the parking lot which, is not big enough if it's busy.
