So.
Slow.

10 minutes for four cars in drive thru and they still didn't even start my drink until I pulled up. The lobby had customers but none were in line or ordering. Three people on staff. It just always seems like they are stocking or doing other things. No rush. No hurry.

Works for me on a Sunday morning but Monday mid-afternoon drive thru should be quick.

Generally fast location, very few mistakes are ever made. Once my breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the center, one other was my regular, non customized drink was made incorrectly.

The drive thru is the absolute worst and I wish the company would fix it. It seems like the county had something against them turning into the drive thru and put up stupid stakes. Which means you have to turn at the light and like do a K turn in the parking lot which, is not big enough if it's busy.

Shaun was so friendly and made my drink perfect! This Starbucks has to be one of the cleanest that i have ever been to. All the staff was super nice. I will definitely make sure to return to this location even if it is out of my way!

The drive through takes so long I could have driven to a different Starbucks, gotten a drink, and drove back. I’m writing this review while sitting at the window for 7 min.

I did not want to be too crucial, as the service was friendly. But, it did take a long time to get my drink, which was just a refresher. It tasted odd at first, but I attempted to let the inconvenience go, again. Once I got to work, after having drank some of it, I noticed there was a hair INSIDE of cup. At this point, I couldn’t keep letting it go. I had to throw the entire drink away. A long wait, $6 for a wasted drink, and potential contamination, completely threw me off of ordering Starbucks in the future.

Alli, the new Assistant Manager is simply amazing. She leads by example, multi-tasks with ease. She made this vacation of mine so much more fun each day for my daily Starbucks run. I was fortunate enough to meet the new GM on my way out and I can tell that this location will continue to be the best by far by remembering the importance of customer service and making the Starbucks experience what it should be.
