2/20/24I visited this Starbucks on Brentwood this morning because I was feeling down about being far from home ,in the city, that I didn't know anyone, and I needed something delicious to pick up my spirits. The cashier in the drive-thru was a Godsend. Her kindness lifted my spirits and reminded me that I would be ok because there are Angels everywhere. My drink and food were good as usual, but her kindness made them taste even better ❤️❤️

This Dragon drink Starbucks refresher drink with foam was good. This Starbucks location is great. The drive through line was busy so we decided to order inside where there was no line. The drink came out pretty fast. The staffs were nice and helpful. There were plenty of seats.

I don't order coffee, my wife does which means im not schooled in the nomenclature. The Brentwood Starbucks made my experience quick, friendly and comfortable. My wife got her fancy drink & the staff at the drive thru made it an easy experience. I'll be back!

A stop at Starbucks is a MUST when I work overnights. The drinks are always the right temperature and strong but not bitter. This location has the absolute friendlies baristas and they never make you feel rushed. I will occasionally ask for their favorite suggestions for drinks and they never disappoint! Thank you!

Good service with quality product delivery. However the decor is far less than in other cafés which is disappointing.
Always clean and efficient. The only issue is a small parking lot and short drive thru lane.

I've been going here since I was a child but have seen many people come and go - none have ever been so rude as the lady my mom and I dealt with at the counter early Saturday morning. We came in, no one in line - she didn't smile but when I started listing a few drink modifications she seemed to get more and more annoyed - looking me up and down. I am used to this complicated order causing some upheaval but this lady went out of her way to be rude after the order and dismissive, refusing to even say thank you to us and we DID TIP - just a curt" alright" and then several glances at us waiting afterwards. I don't need to tell anyone these drinks have exploded to 8$ for a personalized latte - but please understand why I want it to be right if i'm paying.
