I have never been to a starbucks with employees this snappy! They were especially rude and acted like they did not want to be there - one employee acted like she cared and was attending to me which i apreciated! (Thank you hannah) but other than that this was a very bad experience

I came to this location and ordered a summer berry refresher - i asked for light ice and extra pearls when i got my drink it was filled with ice and about 10 pearls. Also the employees were less than great - some had dirt under nails and some smelt of BO - and this girl named Mel (i think) gave me a really bad glare and kept eyeing me - overall a bad experience

This is by far the slowest Starbucks in the entire city. Sat in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes just trying to get to the speaker with three cars ahead of me. The guy on the speaker sounds less than thrilled to be at work.

The staff here are amazing and friendly. I have become a bit of a regular and they remember my name and order flawlessly. Drinks are always made quickly and bathrooms are immaculate. Good job, folks!

This is the 2nd time I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino from here and the first time I hard to receive a refund because there wasn’t any caramel. This is the 2nd time I ordered one and still no caramel I even asked for an extra pump just to be safe. Every other location can do it right but this one. At least 5 y’all, come on lol

When I order an espresso drink, they just pour coffee that was already prepared from somewhere else. Even when I complained, the staff's shameless attitude made me decide to look for a local coffee shop. Goodbye, trash coffee.

I ordered two coffees,a refresher drink and a cake pop from the location on Manchester in St.Louis,MO. When my delivery driver arrived the bag started leaking coffee and my cake pop was soaked with coffee. I don't drink coffee so that was disappointing. Also, my refresher drink was no where to be found. I have pictures for proof. Coffee was dripping everywhere on the parking lot and ER floor. Very unhappy ER nurses at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Half of the coffees were spilled and we could tell the lids were not on all of the way. Maybe they were rushing due to closing soon? We will group order from Dunkin from now on.
