Tables are dirty, floors..employee spilled coffee by mocking one of the customers all over the place and did not clean it up. Possibility of injury. Even after we pointe it out … it was not taken care of. It seems like nobody is taking the job seriously. Have a good day!!!!

Went here to get a tall chai tea latte. It was flavorless. Tastes like just oat milk. ?? what a waste of time & money. Also, the restroom was gross! ? I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the bathroom was nasty!!! I should’ve gone to the location on Brentwood! How do you mess up a chai tea? Finally, the barista making my drink did not have their hair pulled up. As a matter of fact, nobody did! This place was disappointing. Two stars on how quickly the drink was made.

I ordered 3 warmed breakfast sandwiches and instead received day old cold ones. The place was busy but that does not excuse the lack of care shown by employees on the quality of their products.

I have never in my life been to a Starbucks where their attitudes was snappy … feeling disgusted.. I frequent Starbucks everyday… I will never go to this location again. However, I will say that Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a little more pleasant. Thanks Alyssa!!!!
After fumbling around to find a stand alone Starbucks as I'm not from the area we found this one to my disappointment. I ordered a coffee with sweet cream & vanilla & banana loaf specifically requested not heated. Coffee even with Added cream of my own was too bitter to drink, probably old & the banana bread was heated and all dry on the edges almost burnt tasting & shrunken quite a bit compared to normal. A lot of effort for a disappointing result.

9 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong, even if it is just a black coffee. Staff isn’t friendly and are condescending. You are much better going down the road to Kirkwood or Old Webster.

Busy location, including on a Saturday afternoon. Has small indoor and outdoor seating areas and a drive-through. My order was prepared fairly quickly for how busy they were.
Service is nice, but for some reason I paid around $7.41 for the smallest drink size, and all I ordered was a iced Carmel macchiato and a cup of water as well as I never got asked what size. If im paying for some water I should be let known, if that wasn't the case then that's crazy. I went to two other locations and ordered the biggest size they had and payed around 7.49 for that. Very overpriced.
If you’re allowing your male employees to wear make up I’m not supporting the business. Come on people its wrong and you know it.
