The best thing about this location is that they still brew coffee by the pot, not the single cup machine brewed. Good coffee, Mike was very nice offering more coffee.

First off, to the barista who made my Americano, why give me drip coffee — that’s messed up. I can tell the difference right off the rip. How difficult was to pull three shots of espresso and fill a cup with hot water? Let alone charging for water is beyond me.

I said I would avoid Starbucks, but this was my only coffee choice in the area. They did a wonderful job both days I went. There were different staff on those days and yet, they still had great and consistent service and drinks! Kudos to you all! It also smells really good in this location and it is very clean!

The well-known two tail mermaid chain, you know. This location has a lot of seating over two levels, so you can enjoy your two pump, half caf, extra foam, whatever 😉.
The door is on the arch side if you are trying to figure out how to get in. The main door is for hotel guests only, and you need a key, which seems like an extra step for no real reason.

Got the horchata espresso, and it immediately started looking gritty with big lumps in the bottom? Tasted awful, looked like the milk was bad. When we went back in to inform them, they they told us that's just what oat milk looks like (even though we've never had it turn lumpy like that before)

My wife and son came here for coffee and hot cocoa and my 6 year old picked up a coffee mug and when he put it back it fell and broke. They swept it up and then said… we’re going to have to charge you for that coffee mug. Absolutely ridiculous that they charged my wife for that mug. They should understand kids will want to grab and touch things. Why they put breakables in the reach of children is beyond me. I really wish I would have been at this crap bag of a coffee shop when they said this to my wife. They wouldn’t have gotten any money from me. In fact, they have lost my entire family as customers. Will be going to 7Brew and Shadrach’s from now on. Never again will Starbucks get any money from me and my family. I will be contacting corporate about this and filing a complaint. Terrible customer service. Terrible placement of breakables.

This is a licensed Starbucks seller, they do not accept Starbucks rewards and from my experience they don’t make proper Starbucks drinks either, although they have all the necessary ingredients and equipment. I ordered the new Iced Cherry Chai with a shot of espresso & I tasted neither the Chai nor the espresso. I was almost tempted to go back in to have my drink re-made but wasn’t sure if they would since they are only a licensed seller + the parking meter was running out of time 🤦🏻♀️
Don’t use this one if you want a real Starbucks experience, poor service no free coffee refills for members!!! They don’t fill the cups full here! Only 80% full

I ordered and paid for an Americano. Waited behind two other customers’ drink orders only for the “barista” to pour a cup of brewed coffee from the carafe. If I wanted a brewed coffee, I would have ordered that, paid $2 less, and gotten the coffee right away. It was late afternoon so I ordered the Americano so that it would be made fresh.
