Don’t use this one if you want a real Starbucks experience, poor service no free coffee refills for members!!! They don’t fill the cups full here! Only 80% full

Nearest Starbucks to Gateway Arch.
Americano’awesome …
I ordered and paid for an Americano. Waited behind two other customers’ drink orders only for the “barista” to pour a cup of brewed coffee from the carafe. If I wanted a brewed coffee, I would have ordered that, paid $2 less, and gotten the coffee right away. It was late afternoon so I ordered the Americano so that it would be made fresh.

No working WiFi (which is half the reason to come here) and they didn’t put the right number of sweeteners in and he rung up the wrong thing then argued with me until I told him to go to his manager who corrected him. Walk a few blocks to a different Starbucks. Captive transitional hotel guests apparently mean they can slack on competence.

Tourist trap! I went to get my usual order. Their prices are ridiculous. For an ice-shaken espresso (normally $4.95), they charged $7.98, and for the syrups, the total was $10.98. I’ve never paid more than $4.95 anywhere else. When I told them I would get them from the app (because the prices were as usual), they told me they don't accept app orders, even though the location is showing in the app.
Avoid, their excuse is, “Because of the hotel, our prices are a little different.”

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. I was eighth in line and it took over twenty minutes to get a drip coffee and breakfast sandwich.

The cappuccino tasted awful. I’ve had a lot of these from other Starbucks and there’s something wrong at this location. Milk spoiled maybe?
And they misspelled my name. Again.
$6 straight to the trash.

Barista took the person behind me and I was there before them. They were also out of nitro and they don’t take Starbucks points here
