I have ordered here now multiple times. Only the very first time was my drink actually correct.
I am here now and got a Venti hot white mocha with ristretto and 4 shots of blonde espresso. I got basic freaking coffee and milk. Then 2 hot chocolates that just taste like warm cocoa powder and milk. $20 worth of drinks and they all are garbage
The one on Lindbergh by the Pennstation is worth the wait everytime I get it the way I ordered it.
The girl who took my order did not acknowledge when I told her my kids wanted to order after me and they stood waiting until I told her they wanted to order.

Thought I'd grab a Christmas gift for a coworker. Buy a 5 dollar gift card, say "this cups on me" er something cheesey like that. I got a small pink drink as well. It's more than the darn gift card!! I probably can't buy anyone a good drink for $5. The smalls are very small too. Can't get a sip of strawberry flavored coconut milk for under 5 bucks? Why Starbucks... Yeah so I don't frequent da Bucks but dang it's expensive. Good taste and this particular one had good service but again, real expensive for what you're getting...

Two of us stood to order. The only person working was cleaning. Looked at us, kept cleaning, and would not wait on us. I'll never go there again.
The close times are not reliable at all. Do not trust the 9:00 close time. Close earlier many times.
