This Starbucks has been a constant disappointment. I'm a junior at maryville and have constantly had to deal with outrageous wait times for one drink. As a Starbucks barista at a corporate store this store is not up to the Starbucks standard. I'm usually not one to complain about a longer wait time, but I had to wait 55 minutes for a drink and grilled cheese. The only thing that could save this Starbucks is to have corporate come in an re-train all employees and manager. I understand that there are new employees and it takes time to get the standard down and be confident in the drinks you're making, but at this point it's just unacceptable and can only be chocked down to poor training and poor management.

Love the hard work the team puts in :) My drinks always come out in a timely manner, even when it's insanely busy, which is so much appreciated. I'm sure it can get hectic. However, I find when I speak to some of the workers, people speak to me in a rude manner, which upsets me because I feel that I am nothing but kind. This has happened multiple times, and it makes me want to avoid this starbucks.

Was awful the manager got my order wrong 3 times and tried to argue with me about there being coffee in my drink but he never put any in it. Very frustrating and was late to class because of It
