The woman identified herself as the store manager but dressed in unprofessional baggy clothing with no name tag refused to give me a refund or my drink because I refused to pull around the drive thru when someone was sitting there blocking the entrance to the drive thru when they failed to address that issue in the first place.
UPDATE: Other comments have stated manager behaving unprofessional have agreed this is the person responsible for threatening to spit in someone's drink and arguing with me when she was refunding my drink then said never mind ill call the police to have you leave. Mind you this person makes maybe $18 an hour and acts like it's her coffee company 😂

I really can’t say enough about how awesome the staff at the Butler Hill Starbucks is. The drinks are always perfect, they’re incredibly fast, and the customer service can’t be beat. Even in a drive-through environment, they somehow make every interaction feel personal. The server was very friendly and got my order out quickly.
This location has changed how they make their drinks - I order the same drink every time and the last 3 times have been very disappointed. They put barely any mocha flavor in anymore. I asked for a remake one of the times but it was not worth it. It also took over 20 minutes for them to make my mobile order and when I got it, it wasn't even what I ordered so then had to wait longer for them to remake the drink I actually ordered.

I order a lot of cold foam drinks, and for some reason whenever I order from here the ratio of foam is either non existent or way too much, even though I always order the normal amount. Sometimes the drinks just don't taste as balanced as they usually do from other locations. This most recent time they made a mistake. I pointed out to them that they did not put any strawberry cold foam on top. They were not rude but they said yes they did. I did not want to argue. Instead, I drove to the Tesson Ferry Starbucks, showed them my drink, barista confirmed they did not in fact put strawberry cold foam on top and made me a new one. That's the last time I'll be going to Butler Hill Starbucks. Tesson Starbucks is awesome though.

Starbucks can do no wrong in my book. I love them and they never fail wen I go there to get my iced matcha correct. It's an awesome drink... Iced matcha w oat milk, brown sugar syrup, & cinnamon powder!! Mmmmm!! I recommend trying this drink, the syrup takes the grassy taste away!
