Pink haired girl had a horrible attitude. Ignored us when we pulled up to the window to pick up mobile order. Didn’t say hi. And made someone else give us our drinks who was confused about what we ordered. Maybe pink haired girl needs to learn customer service. Sat at the windows for over 10 minutes for a mobile order.

The concept of these drive thru mobile locations makes zero sense for this location. The drive through is packed and takes too long if you place a mobile order. The locations where you walk in and grab your order is so much better. Stood out in cold for close to 15 minutes waiting to pick up order from window. The drive thru was a mess. Little to no parking. Will not go back simply because it's so slow.

Drive thru only and if it’s cold you’ll freeze in the weather standing at the pick up window waiting for your drinks. For a long time sometimes. The wind just whips through there, terrible concept. Same great product and people.

I ordered an old drink that was a cloud macchiato. I wasn’t entirely sure what this drink was; but I knew I wanted to try something different. My barista was so sweet and kind and figured out how to make my drink. It taste AMAZING. Thank you for being so sweet and bubbly. The world needs more people like you. ❤️

Drinks were good and the staff were nice but gotta ding them for the line moving pretty slowly. Also the parking lot is really confusing if you aren't coming in from the gas station.

Awesome customer service and I will make sure this is the store I always come to because they value your time and experience just as much as their own.I came back to my car after getting my daughter a mocha frappe and when I got to my car I put it on top of my vehicle and it blew off in the wind and I didn't have money to replace it so they replaced it for free and didn't make it seem like an inconvenience which was a huge Plus for me.Parking: (samejoke) iykyk lolKid-friendliness: Not kid friendliness related but I wish the curbs that block in these drivethrus we're more emergency exit friendly. Such as a strong rope that is weighed down to not blow in the wind or a breakaway chain that you can break by driving through with the right amount of pressure. You shouldn't have to risk destroying your car or potentially getting a ride or killed while going to drive through line that really has no lighting at night (purely a suggestion)

This has to have been the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm not from around here, and thought a drive thru only Starbucks would have been pretty fast. I was definitely wrong. Minimum 20 cars circled around the entire building. Ended up parking in Hardee's to walk over to Starbucks.I did a mobile order and it took 25 mins to get the full order. I was handed two hot sandwiches which were luke warm to begin with. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our drinks ...the food should have came out with the drinks. It's not great eating cold sandwiches, especially when you're spending $24.00. And the iced coffee order was not correct. You pay $1.25 for extra creme brulee cold foam to get barely any cold foam and definitely not creme brulee. Needless to say whenever I come back to St. Louis I'll be avoiding this Starbucks at all costs.

I visited the Butler Hill location on 11/19 in the afternoon. The attendant in the drive-thru had the best attitude and was so kind.

Coffee is a little bit costly but it is very much worth it ? I have had a lot of experience with Coffee ☕️ shops and I liked this one ?.

Best Starbucks in South County. Great vibes from staff, good drinks and food. Hands down they make the best pink drink in town. Shout out to Llena! She is one of the best! Always a great experience with her!

This is THE BEST Starbucks in the area!!!! I am 22 and go to Starbucks an embarrassing amount so I have probably been to like 50 different locations lol but this is one of my favorite ones I have ever been to. Everyone who works here is SO kind! I never write reviews on chain restaurants but I needed to for this location just to give them some praise. They have also NEVER messed up my order!

My drinks have been decent when visiting. Not a fan of the lot situation or the fact it’s just a drive thru only but I guess Starbucks is setting away from having the “ second home “ experience. If you’re looking for a spot to just grab coffee with little interaction with people this would be the spot.Parking: Not really any parking spots. This is a drive thru location only.
