It's a pretty average white claw Starbucks with rather exceptional service. The employees make the difference. They keep their place clean, and do a good job making food for everyone.

doesnt accept starbucks rewards due to franchise model.

App doesn’t say that ahead of time- just “Error: try in store.” So I drive out here just to not be able to redeem the free drink

Waste of time. App should make that clear. Not sure why starbucks allows its stores to pick and choose when to accept coupons

This place is located inside Hilton. Valet parking or street parking only. Small place with a few tables inside. Some customers sat in the lobby of the hotel. Staff were helpful and kept the tables clean. My coffee was as.expected.

I’m so over this Starbucks. They literally don’t know how to make drinks. If you see the lid they just put on my drink(caramel ribbon crunch) and the other matcha lattes that they serve, I’m over them!! Watery drinks, not following the directions and then will push it out like it’s fine

I don’t often leave reviews, but today was a great experience. I came in from Taiwan and was served by a barista named Ani. She was incredibly kind and personable, making the visit enjoyable. I’ll be flying out next week, but I’ll definitely return just for the chance to chat again.

Stayed at the hotel for a mini vacation before we traveled back home, I love Starbucks so I had to stop, the ladies there were so polite and kind, and made the drinks wonderful, so of course before I left the next morning I HAD to get another and the same barista was there her name was Mont. She is kind and knows how to make wonderful drinks and make people feel great! Thanks Mont for my drink, and for your kindness. I hope you get rewarded <3

I am going to give a shout out to the employees working this morning. Your staff were calm and kind as they had to work with lines of customers trying to get their orders. The system had crashed and it could have been pure chaos...but your team all worked together to make sure to help each person. I like to recognize the positives and acknowledge the friendly staff that was working this morning.

After having done the Gateway Arch experience I popped by here on a particularly chilly day. The place was fairly quiet and I got served quite quickly. I went for a large cappuccino and made way to a corner by the window to get warm and watch the world go by. On that day, Marin Luther Kings Day is was quiet out there on the streets. Other than that this place was similar to many other Starbucks I've been to. Oh, and the restrooms in the adjacent hotel were modern & clean
