I am going to give a shout out to the employees working this morning. Your staff were calm and kind as they had to work with lines of customers trying to get their orders. The system had crashed and it could have been pure chaos...but your team all worked together to make sure to help each person. I like to recognize the positives and acknowledge the friendly staff that was working this morning.

After having done the Gateway Arch experience I popped by here on a particularly chilly day. The place was fairly quiet and I got served quite quickly. I went for a large cappuccino and made way to a corner by the window to get warm and watch the world go by. On that day, Marin Luther Kings Day is was quiet out there on the streets. Other than that this place was similar to many other Starbucks I've been to. Oh, and the restrooms in the adjacent hotel were modern & clean

Is your typical Starbucks. Was able to get in there early and order before a big lines. They were fast with only two people behind the counter.They also have a cute little shop that you can do self check out and buy snacks throughout the day .Unfortunately, they do close this area down and you cannot shop from little shop when they have it locked up

After ordering and paying for my drink (and tipping) I waited 25 minutes. My name was never called. I stepped forward twice to ask the young lady making drinks as to whether my drinking was coming, and was assured it was. 10 people came and went after me, 2 with my exact drink order. Clearly they lost my order and did not want to admit it. Finally I had to ask for a refund--they refunded the drink order, but not the tip.I work 2 blocks from this location and will never return.

Unacceptable. We were unable to get any water in hotel lounge because they were out of it. We tried this Starbucks in the Hilton hotel lobby, did the self check out and tried 3 times, with 3 different bottles of water and the machine would not scan. My husband asked the woman at the counter(who had no customers) for assistance and she said he had to use the self scan. He informed her that he tried that & it didn't work, she insisted that it does work. He said he tried already & asked for her assistance and she told him he had to use the self scan. So he left, still with NO water.(6/10/23 approximately 5pm)

The African American women with red hair was very rude when just asking for a cup of ice. She was already complaining about mopping the floors and said: “workers comp” to the other women working with her. I get people have bad days and I get it’s not fun to mop floors but if you can’t handle either - find another job that suits you. I just asked for ice and was extremely polite to everyone there. I just expect the same back as a customer. I won’t be back!

Got one of our orders wrong— no milk in the shaken espresso. Also, a dog came into the store and the barista pet the dog without washing her hands before making more drinks. The dog jumped on the counter and they didn’t clean it off.

Website is wrong, definitely not open until 9pm. We went in just before 8pm and were told they were completely closed.

$10 for a strawberry lemonade and piece of cake? I also asked for light ice but the entire cup was filled with ice, so it was about 5 sips for a $6 drink. Sheesh. Store was clean, employees were friendly.
