WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! The employees are beyond rude…and every single coffee I buy is UNDER POURED!!! For the amount of money I pay for coffee at this company the least they can do is fill the coffee to the TOP!!

I know no punishment will happen or anything but me and my boyfriend ordered our two caramel ribbon crunches(and two cake pops) and the girl gave us the wrong drinks. We were not mean about it at all, we were in no rush so my boyfriend just stated that “hey we ordered blah blah” and she snatched the drinks out of his hands. It was skinny white girl with a face piercing and a chubbier tanner girl(who I have talked to before and shes nice even though she did this). The white girl had a whole passive aggressive attitude about it. They were both laughing and giggling as they made our drinks which we thought nothing of. Finally, we get our drinks and we are on our way home and we take our first sip. They purposely made them bad, both of our drinks tasted like straight coffee. I maybe would have thought it was a mistake if it was just one of our drinks but both drinks tasted like black coffee. I am just disappointed because we are always really nice, we tip. Just disappointing we waisted $20 and in this economy $20 is a lot.

Recently visited this location instead of Arnold, and it was an absolute delight! The convenience of the drive-through design is unmatched, especially for those busy mornings or when you’re on the go. Despite the streamlined setup, the experience felt just as personal and welcoming as any traditional Starbucks store.

The baristas were friendly, efficient, and attentive, ensuring my order was taken accurately and served promptly. The line moved quickly, and the entire process felt smooth and well-organized. My drink was prepared perfectly, with the same consistency and quality I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

The drive-through setup is incredibly practical, offering a hassle-free way to grab your favorite coffee or snack without compromising on service or quality. The layout was clean, modern, and easy to navigate.

If you’re looking for great coffee on the go without sacrificing the Starbucks experience, this location is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Love this location! They leave super nice messages on the top of cups which i have never had at any other Starbucks around here. One recommendation: maybe write the notes on the side of the cup instead of the lid. Sometimes I can smell the sharpie when I take a drink and it's not the most pleasant. Otherwise, all the employees are so kind and quick!

10 girls working and they still gave me the wrong order. Blonde “manager” says we’re going through something back here.. if you didn’t feel like working then don’t go to work. have to add that there was no one in line at all. Then when I had to turn around and drive back, the girl that gave me my order said oh you wanted the peppermint mocha instead?with an attitude.. no you gave me the wrong order and I drove halfway to where I was going before I noticed.

The parking lot is super tiny and a pain to get in and out of.

Be advised, this in one of those shops that doesn't have an inside for customers. You can't sit down and enjoy your coffee. Grab and go only.

Today morning, I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with extra dark caramel, but they missed adding the caramel. When I brought it to their attention, they merely topped it on the drink instead of blending it properly, which completely ruined the texture and taste.

Additionally, I ordered a sandwich with specific instructions for no meat, and although the receipt indicated “no meat,” the sandwich I received contained meat. This was not only frustrating but also unacceptable, especially for those with dietary restrictions or preferences.

Overall, this visit was quite unpleasant due to these mistakes, and I hope the staff can improve their attention to detail in the future.
