I stop thru to use the restroom real quick bc i had urgent girl problems this location told me only paying customers can use there restrooms….. in all my years going to starbucks and buying items and rare other times not buying items and using the wifi or restroom i never been told this in my life….. like really yall so thirsty for money you got to force people to buy something to use the facility….. thats sad bc i buy from starbucks all the time weekly the one day i need to just use the restroom i couldnt its a sad day and starbucks can count they days…….. i like starbucks for customer service but it has went down horribly and this location will NEVA GET ANOTHER DIME FROM ME

As another person said girl needs to use dental plan. Also I agree I had to buy something b4 I cld use bathroom and I have a weak bladder I’ll never go back also asked me did I wnt water or lemonade for strawberry drink why wld I wnt water. Smh dat was my first and last time in there. Idk why they tore dwn the strip mall to put dat high price mess there most of it is empty waste of $.

I order Starbucks almost every day. The lady with the orange hair and messed up teeth is Katie. She proudly says she is the manager. $8 on coffee 2-3x a week and they had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t use the bathroom until I ordered. They didn’t greet me when I came in, but told me they could ring me up real quick and then allow me to use the bathroom.Slaves days are over, and I was damn near about to pee on myself. The audacity of Starbucks to think I will spend my money after I wasn’t even allowed to use the bathroom.The audacity of Katie to not use her dental benefits.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Been to this location a few times, only one of the three baristas/cashiers I’ve encountered was remotely competent. Didn’t ask me what size I wanted and refused to tell me about the syrups they have. Never going back even though it’s on my way to work. Lol!

Great location to study and do work! There is a free parking lot just after the Starbucks shop. I don't recommend the Oleato Oat Latte.It tastes like olive oil!

I was giving them the benefit of doubt because the store is new, but everytime I order from this location they appear under staffed and the poor barista is working solo or there is two baristas and one is just on their phone, while the other is handling all the orders. This results in late mobile orders and poor mad drinks. I hope this gets better!
