Five stars because Starbucks successfully fueled my personality for another day. I walked in tired, walked out ready to alphabetize my entire life. The coffee was so good I briefly considered writing it a thank-you note.

Frequently homeless ppl sleeping inside the ppl working are not up to Starbucks standards have an issue with my order every time I go here lately. Had to wait 20 minutes at the window time before last. Not in line but actually at the window. Where after I paid they had me repeat my entire order for it to still come out won't and then have to have someone else come to the window to retake the order again and remake it.

Very rude and hostile workers , worker got mad because I moved the Starbucks bag to take a picture and said excuse me you can meet me outside, can’t get mad cause I didn’t want you in my pic, work on your customer service and get some anger management mam!!

Riley is extremely rude. made my drink wrong and then gave me attitude when i politely asked her to fix it.

They do this weird thing where they gossip on their headsets with each other without saying a word to you while providing customer service. Messing up customers orders 2-3x, I expected better.

Not a nice lounging Starbucks-not comfortable. Lighting feels like you're on an operating table. Seating is uncomfortable, table surfaces are mostly minimal. Form over function for me. I'd pass on this location for an in store visit.

Why is everyone so nice here? Such a great way to start the day, dealing with smiling, helpful people. The product is fine, but the people at this location are the selling point.
