Let see you must have terrible service if you'll fire a staff member that put his life in danger to protect the customers, staff, and company profits, obviously a horrible atmosphere to fire someone who prevented the destruction of the atmosphere or even to tell their employees to allow a robbery to happen. Starbucks is a terrible company to fire a hero!

I will not support a company who will fire an employee for standing up for himself and other employees/customers from being robbed at gun point. A innocent man lost his job for protecting your establishment and you repay him by firing him. I hope they shut this place down or no one decides to work at this place because they protect criminals more than their own workers!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

So…….. some employees at the Starbucks off of Grand and Forest Park Ave (flying saucer) involved in an attempted armed robbery incident (it was actually a fake gun) got fired just by simply protecting themselves and the customers??!! UNBELIEVABLY STUPID!!! Hope those partners win the legal battle!!! Such a shame…… smh.
Been told by a neighbor about it. Until those people win their jobs back, I refuse to go there ever again!!!!

I love this place! I am so happy when they opened back up after construction. I tried other Starbucks but here has been the best! They are so polite and amazing! They are always kind to their customers! They always make my day right before a 12 hour shift whether it be a night or day shift! I highly recommend them because they are the only reason that I keep going back to Starbucks cause I use to not go however from just the great experience I have received from them every time! I keep going back!Parking: There are hard spots but so worth it!

This store is getting blamed for a decision that was not made by them, but by a corporation. People need to understand that this is a chain and not all decisions are made by them exclusively.I have always enjoyed this location. It is in such a convenient spot with being near a campus and a highway. While always busy, employees have been able to treat me with kindness and respect while they make my order. The employees here are also quick with the orders, especially in a during rush hour.
