I LOVE! this starbucks . The team is incredible. Rahul, Pallavi, and Coco are so kind, customer service oriented, and delivered the most amazing experience I’ve had yet. They were patient with me and gave me guidance on my order. They also recommended my new favorite drink: brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (with cold foam?). For a university campus starbucks, it is hard to beat this place. I love it here and will definitely return.

I have been to countless starbucks across the country and other countries. This ones earns the title of worst starbucks I have ever been into. I work at a coffee shop, and I consistently see them making my, and others drinks incorrectly. In addition, I constantly have to wait 30+ minutes, despite how many people are in line and how many people happen to be working. This last time I went is what prompted me to finally give a review. I was 6th in line, which alone took 30 minutes to get to the front some how. I ordered a latte, and after about 10 minutes of waiting with maybe one other waiting besides me, I got my drink and it have some sort flavored syrup in it that I cannot identify, and half the cup was filled with foam. On top of waiting an absurdly long amount of time, the drink was severely incorrect. For a Starbucks without a drive through as well, I have an awful experience every time. If it wasn't for the location and the fact that there isn't another coffee shop within walking distance I would never go back. luckily for them, I don't have any other realistic options.

The cashier put the wrong name on purpose ?, and cashier asked me if a quarter is 50 cents. THE cashier was being slow and was rushingYea he might be new but if he was he should know that a quarter is 50 cents

I worked at a Starbucks for 2 1/2 years and this is the worst Starbucks. I went when class was in session and when the line would be short. I was the four person in line and it took them 40 minutes to just make my drink wrong (because it wasn't written correctly.) Looks like they don't have a manager?!

the most incompetent employees. rude, slow, and careless. i ordered a drink with almond milk, watched her pour cows milk, and when i asked her if it was with almond milk like i asked she lied and said yes. took over 45 minutes from walking in to get my drink. about 25 minutes of that was AFTER i already ordered. this starbucks needs new management and employees. whole place is a joke.

Ordered kale and portabella egg bites gave me the tomato ones also asked for almond milk and it's definitely whole milk

My friend and I ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher made with apple juice instead of water, and when they called my name they set down literally a cup of apple juice. When I said this doesn’t look right, she got an attitude and told me it was in fact what I ordered. She then set down my friends drink, which was ordered the exact same way as mine, and it was perfectly made. Hers was purple with actual fruit, like how it’s supposed to be, and mine was yellow, since it was literally just apple juice. I don’t pay for these over priced drinks to get attitude and the wrong order in return. She did not even offer to correct it for me. Waste of flex if you ask me.

they messed my order and didn’t want to remake it. the lady gave me my drink with milk and whipped cream and after i told her, she just scarped off the whip cream. i reminded her about the milk not being almond and she just said sorry and didn’t offer to remake it or give me a refund.
